Not really. I didn't really like the name, but I wanted one before I posted the image. Glad I got this one down!

His full name is Midnight Phaaze and he has the ability to absorb radiation. The canister is filled with Phazon, a highly radioactive substance.Drake wrote:Midnight = sitting on a nuclear waste canister= something is gonna blow up?InDaZone1219 wrote:You can probably put 2 and 2 together to see where this is heading.

Douglas isn't my real name, but because of a name block put on me by a higher-order being known as Djinni, I can't say my real name.

You also could've just, y'know... not ask again even though I already answered the question beforehand. That way I'm not confused about what your asking :b

Wow, more lovely/inspired pieces of artwork than you can shake a stick at.
Hukley, your wolf's blue eyes are piercing into my soul...
Does that mean that he can beat the Incredible Hulk just by touching him? Neat. And useful, considering virtually everything emits some form/grade of radiation...InDaZone1219 wrote:His full name is Midnight Phaaze and he has the ability to absorb radiation. Re: Art Thread
So I did what Roo suggested by flipping the mouth upside-down on Spanky, but it didn't look as good as him baring his teeth. Ahh well. Funny how I was just about to draw a wolf today and Huk already posted one ^^ Great minds, as they say :3
I finished the wolf drawing! ^w^
-~- Geronimo the Wolf, sitting under the moon.-~-
This is a colored version of Geronimo. Thank Warrior Jinx for posting her art tutorials and drawings on youtube so I could figure out the facial features and where to fluff!
Link to her youtube channel
I also took a screenshot of the black and white version!
-~-Geronimo the Wolf sitting under the moon-~-
This is a Manga style drawing of a wolf with some pretty basic background. Enjoy! ^^
I took the screenshot before remembering to add the little cheek blush that I've been adding recently, so you'll see that on the colored version over the black and white.

Re: Art Thread
Well, I didn't mean just flipping the mouth. I meant redrawing it. You'd still need the big canine teeth on top.
You've done that wolf really well too. You've clearly understood artistic balance though. You've got things in the quarters nicely and you've put the wolf over to the side so your gaze follows his without falling off the image, so to speak. The eye flows nicely over it.
Huk, great work as always!
IDZ, fantastic work! I can't wait to see more of him!

Re: Art Thread
Thanks, Roo! But I don't think I did anything to make it look good. Maybe its because I didn't blur it this time?

Re: Art Thread
Oops, sorry. Fixed.
It's the way you set up the image and positioned things on your canvas that I like. It shows an eye for balance and for artistic er... What's the word... Nope, can't think of it. *facepaws* But the simplicity of composition and the positioning of the objects shows artistic flair and appreciation for how to use the space and direct your viewers.

Re: Art Thread
D'aaaw shucks! x//3 It was nothin'. Actually, I've been starting with canvas's as big as 1500 x 1500 and attempting to crop them down. After I cropped this one, I moved Geronimo down to the corner and it turned out great! But again, Warrior Jinx's tutorials and speed-drawing helped me get an eye for the baclground! She's extremely good even though she uses a pretty basic program ^^
