Re: Art Thread
So, I've been drawing a bit since I've been away from the forum, here's a little thing I whipped up a few days ago for a friend:
I think I'm starting to get the hang of drawing these ponies :3

You think? I think your style transferred very well personally. It looks exactly like what I'd expect to see from you.TheMobian wrote:I think I'm starting to get the hang of drawing these ponies :3

Re: Art Thread
Nice character and great pose for him, Mickey, impossible to don't like, but I would redraw his feet. Great improvement there, Tatsuo, and cool wolf draw. Impressive as always, Mobian! Too simple sketches, you can surely do better, hypernovatic.
These results are similar to the previous ones, ShadowLightning. Yes, still need skill improvement about the hands. Good starting way to draw hair and fur. Cute Tails there.

Re: Art Thread
I just started getting back into art myself, and I'm trying to find my art style.
What I find most difficult currently is starting the drawing. However, once I start I just can't seem to stop until its done!
I have a couple that I've done, such as my character grinning and holding an Orb.
To color I use GIMP but I'm just starting at it so it may as well be default Paint, if any of you have GIMP tips that would be awesome as well!
Here are a couple drawings I've done so far.
(The dice are covering up some info about him)
This is one of my favorites
Thoughts, concerns, I want to hear them all so I can try my hardest to get better!
Thanks for looking!

And obviously i made this as a gift for another artist, MOOMANiBE, he's definitely worth a look too: http://moomanibe.deviantart.com/
(Gotta love them portal references =P)

Re: Art Thread
Good start, Pladim, also with the digital versions. Frontal and side view are the easiest one to draw characters and portraits, but also where start to work more on perspective and three-quarters views. You've directly drawn the final result, right? That's still our "error", instead to start from guide lines and successive sketches.
Not bad, MrNeonShot, except for the cigarette. Nice work Megamaster. Really cool, w0lfmare, your other work is nice too and I see some experience in drawing, and also, welcome here.

I have been refining a few things, and taken the suggestions I've acquired. Been too busy update often enough though. Thanks for the kind words!Cesco wrote:Good start, Pladim, also with the digital versions.
