I don't get why everyone is so upset by it. It's actually a really good move from Google to continue with their "one login for all of our services" thing they have. Gmail, Google Drive, Google+, Youtube, and any other Google services are all connected through one account.

Plus it leads to a lot more accountability for people who make comments. I've seen less hate in video comments since people don't do stupid things like that when it's harder to be anonymous. Especially when you can't afford to get on Google's bad side because you use other services like Google Drive or Google Play on the same account.

It was just foisted on us which is my biggest complaint. No warning, no nothing. Also its a pain to send PMs using it. I liked the old PM system better.

To be honest, I prefer the old comment section. I do like the links and stuff, but I found the older comments to be better. I do not like how it was forced. I may like it better if there was warning, but I do not find it to be ideal for comments. Not to mention all the crap that happened at first.

I will say it is nice, but I do not like having one log in for everything.

Ditto. I liked it better than Facebook but I didn't want to split the social media. I had hoped it'd either die or kill Facebook. It did the former, so I use Facebook only.

I have one because my youtube is linked to it and because I needed it to get Google to find the website I made for my father's business. Although the youtube account I use isn't under my real name the Google account that it's linked to is. For that reason I'd prefer not to share it here. Sorry guys.
