It was suppose to show how they got the four letters into their title, Alphabites and Argos gave the Council (C), Tutter gave the Coalition (CC), Dexter and Felicity gave the Ferret (CCF), and Ion and Eon gave the Civilization (CCCF)... There, that is how they got their title of CCCF, should've added a better joke but I don't think many would get the history reference...

Though you guys are finding this to be cute, heh... I guess it would be since you don't have to deal with them all the time.

Looks like there's a mistake on the dialogue of the second panel of the latest strip.

Huh, really? Might have to explain that then, Tutter was incredibly nervous at why Meeko was being so... Friendly... So he didn't give as elaborate responses, he was put in a corner, and just had to take it.

...you might want to practice your facial expressions more, Tutter's mood was not conveyed at all.

Hehe, I only got three facial expressions down, and even those are just, add a little line to the rear end of the snout and back of the mouth. You have any suggestions then on how to do that, cause right now I'm at my best, and, I really don't care if it comes out good or not, you and all the other artist out there are doing a great job. I just like to think I make you artist look better, hehe. But I guess I'm open to suggestions and do kind of want to get better, just also been happy with the three I have. I mean, I suck, so how do you convey defeated?

a variation of disapointed would work.

won't look at their mark, eyes wander. eyes partially closed from above, eyebrows down along the outer corner, but still mostly flat.

mouth position would depend on whether or not they're talking, and what they're saying, if no dialogue or the dialogue is meant to come off subdued, draw it smaller than normal, if they're being loud though, stretch it downward, open the jaw further if you have to.

if you want a cheat-sheet: http://img14.deviantart.net/1e97/i/2010 ... careko.jpg
though you'll need to adapt those to fit your own style, and obviously characters with certain facial features will require further adjustment, as they're made for an anime character.

Ah, will work on that, thanks for the advice!
And well, thanks for the cheat sheet thing, but I can't use it... I don't have internet and the school computer I use blocks Deviant Art and FurAffinity along with all the other popular photo picture places, only Weasyl so far is the only place that I can see and get to...

Yeah, I know Buster, that's why I'm happy just working blind. Well, I did try to work on the eye thing, messed up all other proportions doing so, so when you facepaw yourself looking at this, I warned you...

I was going to go further with Bradley and Fleta (From Redwall.) But I messed it up enough there, next time hopefully.

Nice job with the draws! Quick tip, if you want to make an angry face (Like Meeko could have in the last panel), just have the eye partially closed and make a downward tilting eyebrow. I'm not sure if you intended for him to be angry or not, but some expression variation is always good.

I was intending to have it look like he just got the wind knocked out of him, and was unsuccessful at it I know...Problem I realize that I'm going to face, I don't do eyebrows or even a ridge, and when I just did a slat line it looked kind of wrong... So instead of completely failing the draw I went with messing the expression up more.

actually, you got "getting the wind knocked out of you" pretty well, it's just that "argh" is usually an expression of anger, or I suppose sometimes pain. I'd have gone with more of an "oof" sound.

well yeah, argh is acceptable for pain, but it doesn't portray getting the wind knocked out of you like a good "oof" or "ugh"

Kind of brings memories of when I let my dog, Heidi, sleep on my bed. She'd sometimes jump on while I was asleep, landing right on my stomach... It's like that board game: Don't Wake Daddy... I'd have the same facial expression too afterwards
