My markers tend to work best on coated box board-like materials, even if they do take much longer to dry on something they can't soak into. so something like that I guess.

The first one that comes to mind is The Electric Prunes, but I only know them because of my dad, I've never actually heard them. From my music library, I guess the weirdest name is The Velvet Underground and Nico, but there is definitely weirder stuff out there....

Scruff. It's a Catalonian cartoon series based on a book. That is pretty much all I could find out about it. I found an English dub in a thrift store. Animation is bad, English voice acting makes me wonder just what were they going for many times, with sentences often being cut too early or just not making sense, often there's swearing right out of the blue, which makes me wonder just how the translation went, but I can't help it, it's cute! I've gotten more of the series on Amazon since.

Though the songs in the middle of the episodes tend to break the flow. Those are still cute as well, BUT OH MY GOSH, they often contain spoilers to future episodes, like the main characters love interest several episodes before they even met!

Spider-Man. Come on, doesn't it sound thrilling to swing from several stories up? It started when I saw the first movie as a kid. Pretty cool how he's a regular guy out of costume (depending on the current universe, of course), but as soon as he dons the suit, he's throwing jokes around and seems to have a good time.
