(the down side is probably that that term's definition covers the representatives of all forms of non-singular leadership. IE; every country not still a monarchy is now either dictatorship or an anarchist state.)

I found a silly use for your wish! Unfortunately it resulted in D-rock getting polka-dots and somehow involved a soup bowl, a mammoth, and half a ton of smoked Gouda.

Granted, all forms of energy production is relegated to nuclear now, completely replacing what we had and only being used for that. Unfortunately, that's a ton of radiation everywhere that is on the verge of rupturing, endangering everything.
