10-20 times per day. All three knuckles on each finger/toe, my wrists, the joints between my wrists and metacarpals, my back, and my neck. Most people find this strange for some reason.

Kinda. Didn't exactly toss it, but I did knock the thing out of his hands and it flung right into his face. He didn't get severely injured, but I hurt his eye a ton. He's okay now though.
