A super power without a flaw sucks. Every super power has to have a flaw. That's how it works - there's just got to be a way to beat the person with the super power.

My super powers would be all around magic, too. Including fireballs and aquablasts, but also including telepathy and telecineticitity...ty...tel..The power to move things by mind.

In the large post I made when I decided to start ruining powers, I did allude to this.

'Magic' does not have the problem in itself, the problem is in each individual power, which would have corresponding problems for each. Magic is just a catch-all. If you could be specific, so will I.



and yeah it's pretty much a given that all of these are impossible, which is why i don't so much use 'its impossible' as an argument.
i'm just trying to point out the bad sides to or alternate ways of thinking about a power, like for example how having the ability to create fire is not necessarily linked to controlling fire or having any form of protection against fire, which basically means it about as useful as a match or a lighter or anything else along those lines that we already have.
