Was it to easy to justify or was it to easy to forget to do other things with your time.
WoW is a gorgeous case of classical Operant conditioning, as exemplified by the Skinner Box theory.

Extra Credit did a wonderful episode on it on escapist. And most of my university psychology group agree, it's a perfect example of operant conditioning in a player.

Myself I stopped playing wow after a few months cause it wasn't fun for me, I much prefer other games

like free ones.

yeah!

i learned how to light a match and then MAGICALLY breath out smoke... stuff (no it has nuthin to do w/ breathing in smoke or smoking anything befor that

Well I cleaned house in every kind of poker you could think of until they figured out I could count the cards without having to stack the deck....

It is a little trick I invented after working with electricty for so long... It is realy impressive if you get it right but it realy hurts if you get it wrong.

It has to do with a ring I made, It is hollow inside and has a special capacitor and a small selfwinding spring driven generator in it. the generator charges the capasitor you touch the jewl on the top and...Crack... Instaint mini lightning!

I can see why. But I truely designed, built, and tested this little device. However, it was both a little bulky and very dangerous to the individual wareing it, namely me. So for the moment that project was shelved. I did make some gloves using the same prnciple that worked rather well though.... at least until they got wet...
