But, in a nutshell, a solipsist is someone who believes that only his mind and thoughts are sure to exist, thus reinforcing Vespier Leo's point.

I do remember about this Chinese saying about you being part of a dream of a butterfly, and I can't remember who said that.

I would not cease to exist if the butterfly wakes up because if there is a butterfly than we do not exist, we are a figment of the butterfly's imagination, in other words: this existance is a cake.

Dreams depend on the mind of the person or being dreaming them therefore if you exist in the dream and you exist in the dream you dream in the dream, then you are the one dreaming the whole thing.
