What have you noticed about the User above you?

The user before me will learn that when quotation marks are used like "this", depending on the context can be a way to display a sarcastic statement, or a way to put emphasis on a word.

It would be hard for that to happen.
Should know I only get annoyed when people overuse sarcasm in real like.
It's just as bad as abusing the English language.
