I actually haven't found a proper writing tool on my computer, so I'm thinking of going to some secluded corner of the internet and writing it there.
Love me right now!

Something tells me you have to be just a little crazy to try something like this. But. Y'know. Good crazy =P

Try OpenOffice. It's basically Microsoft Office, but it's freeware. You don't have to pay anything for it, and it works just as well. That's what I'm using.

no progress since my last update. and apparently, I really need to do well on the essays I have to do this week. maybe I'll find time to write more next week. I did find dialogue went much faster than my exposition.

Heh. I call that "just about anything I try to write."
Anyway, I just broke 30,000 words... and realized that the synopsis I wrote at the beginning of the month has absolutely nothing to do with the current plot of my novel. I don't really see this as a problem.
Woo, NaNoWriMo! x3 *flops*

I've given up. I've had too much to do. I may finish it over the course of the year, though.

That makes two of us. The world pretty much conspired against me to prevent the completion of this book.

If I actually want to make a day's word count, half the time I have to unplug my router and toss it somewhere out of reach of the computer. x3

yeah but it's not really worth doing that, except for the first time just to see what the function of the site is.

I finished my writing session last night with 44,444 words. Like a boss. =P
Up to about 46,000 now, I think I'll try for 47,000 by the end of the night.

I had to drop out at 30,000 words after my dog got injured. It's just as well, I know I can do better on this story, I just don't have it all together yet
I'm sure the cold hand of science will be able to overcome his magical powers

my only embarassing regret is i hit 50K, but didn't validate it.
You may ask how i could miss something so silly... well that's a good question. But at the same time, i won't forget that next year. But i had alot of fun writing this book is all that matters. i should really get to finishing it since it was so much fun <3
Next year: A Children book about Dragons.
