Twilight would be a super genius
RD would be even faster than she is.
AJ would have the super strength and endurance.
Fluttershy would control animals.
Rarity would be able to get stallions to do what she wants.
Pinkie would be deadpool-like.

basically, they already have these superpowers. they would just be more pronounced.

If I were to give them super powers, My choices would be:
Twilight would be have all professor xavier powers and intelect
RD would be superwoman
AJ would be Wonder woman.
Fluttershy would be basically a druid from dungeons and dragons
Rarity would have the Golden Rule from Fate/series (it's a power that grants the woner absurd luck with money)
Pinkie would have sonic powers.

I saw the mention of powers.
I was actualy thinking of heroes ponies like the show Heroes.

Rainbow Dash could bend light. (lots of stuff you can do with that)
Rarity had super vision. (She can zoom in better than a microscope)
Applejack had the superstrength (predictable)
Twilight's only power is to turn into a cat (I wanted her to do something other than the magic she already has)
Fluttershy could change one appendage at a time to that of an animal (I guess these two break theme)
and Pinkie didn't get any abilities. (plenty of awesome normal people in the show)

Outside of the mainsix
Applebloom had Clair's regeneration
Snails had Hiro's time travel
SweetieBelle could sense anything or one in a 10 mile radius
and Scootaloo had Monica's adaptive muscle memory stuff
