So, you're saying that in order for my characters to work, the device used would take the memories of both David and his pet Husky and put them into different bodies. Well, that't not exactly what I had in mind, so I may have to look for a different neighborhood. I do like the fact that they loose most of their past memories though, that could be a side-effect of their transformations. Anyways, to answer your questions:
Well the characters backstory doesn't fit in RV's reality.
But i'll put it up to a vote among RV players, to allow them in as is, or not as it is too much out of theme for RV.
More simply stated, the fact the character back-stories involves something that’d otherwise be impossible if not for it being fiction, (in this case a human being physically transformed into an animal), it doesn’t fit the setting.
However, if it’s anything less than that, I’d gladly approve, because it’s fact the people sometimes have a thing with playing god and trying to genetically or mentally alter animals to be militarized, with catastrophic results.
With this said, if that was the case with these two then I approve. If the back story keeps the human-to-animal transformation thing, then ‘NEIN’, try for Brookshire Meadows. That's my vote.
No, I kid. I wasn't aware of the realistic nature of this neighborhood, so if the majority votes my characters out that will be fine. No hard feelings
