In general, I prefer RPGs to fighting games; the only fighting game I ever invested much time in was the SSB series. Never got into Street Fighter, or Mortal Combat, or Tekken, or Marvel vs Capcom, or Soul Caliber, or whatever else I missed.

I'll probably play Fighting is Magic anyway, because it's FiM, and I love pretty much anything related to FiM, but I'm definitely more excited for My Little Investigations.

yeah i could never get into memorizing combo's for fighting games, too complicated
i prefer just being able to press a button

I spend my time mostly playing fighting games. Most of my experience lies in Blaz Blue. I plan on maining Rarity as she fits the sort of keep away style I generally use. But yeah if it's a fighting game an not Mortal Kombat I'm probably into it (has MK9 anyway though).

Rarity's play style is sort of like a slowed down version of Nu-12. Twilight is like having Aoka from melty blood and Tusbaki's charge from Blaz Blue combined. AJ's rope is similar to Hazama's Ouroboros or Spencer's bionic arm and her counter is like Hakumen's (differnt from cross counter because Hakumen and Aj's counter are grabs.) and I don't really have any similarities for pinkie. She's different than any other charge character I've ever seen.

The Teaser Poster for Magic.mov just went up. Looks like Twilight doing Zombie resurrections like everyone thought, not really sure if I can link to the tumblr its on so I won't just in case.

I personally plan on playing Rainbow Dash and Twilight when Fighting is Magic comes out.

Found this in the comments on Youtube in regards to the first episode. Other than being one that doesn't say something like "u r gay", it addresses one of those odd coincidences that makes the imagination run wild.

Some one figured that out on 4chan and I posted it a few pages back. Twilight's Cutie Mark also has 42 points on the stars in total and her Race number in Fall Weather Friends was 42.

Edit: Royal Wedding Preview/Ad Anyone who says this will ruin the show can now shut up. Clones Everywhere! Also Twilight is a freaking Machine Gun

I find it funny that every advertised episode is predicted to be the episode that ruins the series. It's like we bronies are WAITING for it to happen.

There hasn't been an episode yet that I didn't enjoy immensely, so they'd have to do some pretty ridiculous stuff to make me dislike the finale. If that commercial is any indicator, I highly doubt that will be the case.

Also, back on the subject of Fighting is Magic (because I decided to watch a ton of the content that the devs have put out), I will definitely be playing as Pinkie primarily. I suppose that might change depending on how RD and FS end up handling, but the way Pinkie fights is just awesome.

But that would mean that Discord is Celestia's Brother, while not impossible, and very interesting, that would have come up the in the seasons opener. I betting she is either working for or, possessed by, some kind of entity, perhaps Nightmare or something.

or it could mean that either Discord and Luna had a daughter, or Discord and this third sibling had a daughter. be cause, you know, there's also the mother

can not believe I made that mistake, In that case I could see it going that way. The only problem I have with it is it, again, feels like something that would have been mentioned in the season opener at least in some fashion.

It's a Buffy the Vampire Slayer plot point.
You see, that girl in the pic was "Buffy's sister", but in reality she was just a key (more like a ball of energy, but she was referred as "the key" by the villains). Some guys stole the key from an evil goddess and decided to hide it, so they gave the key a human form and made her become a human and sent her to Buffy's house to be her sister. The thing is that happened at the end of seadon 5, If I'm not mistaken and when Buffy met her "sister" she started to demand what was she doing in her house, then she had a massive headache because the guys who shapeshifted the key into a human shoved fake memories inside of the mind of EVERYONE so they would always believe the key (I think her name was Dawn in the series) has always been Buffy's sister, when she wasn't. But everyone (Dawn included since she also had fake memories of being human) thought Dawn grew up along with hem.

I liked Twilight's comment about not speaking squirrel, since Tara Strong voiced Bubbles on PPG who could speak squirrel.

I loved Fluttershy as a tree and Twilight saying "Do I look like I speak squirrel." Rainbow Dash was great in this Episode, That super buff pony was funny (though I wish they would have given him a name) as was the 50s style info movie thing. Over all I loved this episode a lot. To give it a rating 8/10 IMO

A good overseer would've said, "Oh jeez. Things are going very wrong here. If I step in, the problem will easily be solved."
