Pete said king was willing to destroy lives to feel better about his own inadequacies... I've never felt like that. Can someone give me some examples?
Sometimes i feel like this comic is too smart for me.

I wonder if that had something to do with Joel being a PETA member and kidnapping Fox with the fat guy almost killing him.
Also, if Pete wanted to, I'm sure he could blackmail Kingley into being his avatar by threatening to out King as Joel.

Keep in mind that Joel has a criminal past. We also don't see everything that happens in the characters' lives. King did use Sasha to try to steal Bino's watch after first abandoning it.

While we've only directly seen Joel's involvement in Fox's dognapping, it has been mentioned that he takes out his hurt feelings on animals implying that this was not an isolated incident regardless of his obvious lack of zeal for the other PETA guy's beliefs.

Are we sure that he knows? Maybe he just doesn't pay attention or thought that Joel was someone else. Peanut is like that.
