Re: Art Thread
thats a cute picture of Roo and the other pet there x3
I also like the new outfits, Phaaze ^^
So I just got a request from someone on DA to draw their character, Earwart the otter.
-~-How do I look?-~-
So this good fellow, KodyBoy555, approached me and asked if I take requests.
I said sure ^^
This is Eawart the scuba-diving otter and I did my best to portray him by the reference image he gave me. Enjoy ^^
Eawart is owned by
Also, if you want to know what I'm drawing currently, here's a little something to check out:
Enjoy ^^

Re: Art Thread
Megamaster: I swear, your improvement rate is bafflingly quick. Keep up the good work!
MrNeonShot: I'm guessing you use either a mouse to draw digitally or are new to tablets, because the linework on the otter picture came out quite shaky. I do like the fact that you didn't skimp on the hands, though- that's something I know many people to do often
InDaZone: I like your style. The thick, brush-like strokes tell a story of their own and it comes out looking good most of the time. By the looks of it, you use SAI, correct? If so, I recommend experimenting a bit with your brush settings- some texture could work really well with your style.
Hukley: I may have many things to say about your art, but everyone else has taken the liberty of saying most of it for me. I enjoy watching your improvement with each passing drawing, and the fact that you can juggle all these pictures, a presumably healthy social life, _and_ a weekly comic frankly is a little hard for me to process.
Even though I'm mostly quiet on this kind of stuff (for fear of saying something offensively corny) know that I, among anyone else who browses this thread, appreciates the effort you guys put into your art.
Oh... oh dear. Not him...
I'm sure most of you here aren't aware of LSD: Dream Emulator, the game this entire piece was based off of. So I'll just leave this here. Don't look too deep if it piques your interest; you might spoil everything! (Of note: I actually designed the wordmark for that wiki; pretty psyched they accepted it!)
This area, with this guy, is one of my least favorite combinations of events in the entire game. So of course, I drew it to the best of my ability in my brand-spanking new style.
This picture taught me two things: 1) This style isn't as fun when the simplification has been done for you, and 2) Perspective is 2much4vector, at least the way I did it. I'll find a better way soon enough.

Yeah, I use a mouse. I want to get a tablet soon, but for now I still need to practice. Looking back on the picture, its not my best work :pMickey the Luxray wrote:MrNeonShot: I'm guessing you use either a mouse to draw digitally or are new to tablets, because the linework on the otter picture came out quite shaky. Hopefully my next picture will be way better.

Re: Art Thread
I really like the vector art, Mickey ^^
-~-"Where did these beasts come from?!"-~-
I decided to start a new series of drawings for a crossover I wanted to make.
Attack on Smash Bros!
"But Neon! Why are you trying to make crossovers of a series that doesn't need one and blah blah blah"
Silence! This is my artwork and I'll draw what I flipping want!
... ^^'
Anyways, the titans actually don't have the graphic pen details because the effect wouldn't appear on their skin.
There will be more to come soon!
Enjoy ^^

I have the attack on smash bros drawings scanned, but I had a request from hypernovatic to draw our characters from a private rp.
Family that would have been
by MrNeonShot
-~-Hanging out in the living room, playing with sand and cuddling are the main highlights of the day ^^-~-
asked for me to draw a picture of our character's, Orange and Kama, as a married couple. They even had kids!
Both have magic abilities, so their kids take after their parents.
Leif, the otter sitting on the arm of the chair, controls sand like his father.
Kari, the one cuddling with Kama, is learning different magic abilities from her mother. Both kids have large amounts of manna like both their parents.
The reason the title is "Family that would have been" is because the roleplay Kama and Orange were apart of ended. Luckily, we played them out in our own rp's :3
Enjoy ^^
Kama is owned by
Orange is mine
Kari and Leif are equally (?) owned by me and hyper.
