When did Kenee import the temple?

Edit: Some misreading, Henry actually imported the temple, some years ago (maybe before arc 0)

And what happens to them after the game is over?

Pete and Dragon are living as mortals for one lifetime. Tarot and Sabrina are back to more "normal" psychic lives. King and Bailey are starting a family. Keene is working on his plans for animal equality. Zach is slowly adjusting to being the Opener of Ways. We don't know what the Great Kitsune is doing in heaven at the moment. Satau and Ptah are dead.
That's pretty much everyone who was involved in the game that we know about.

Pete's temple is still hanging around. We haven't been told anything specifically, but I guess they will both just sit there collecting dust.
