Delilah cuts another slice in half and takes her, biting into it. Mario takes the edge of the napkin and wipes his mouth. He hears Laika speak of the golf course.

"What about Storm? Should we find her again first?" Jake asks as Joey drinks from his water bottle. Taking the chance, Jake sneaks a piece from his brother's pizza onto his own place.
"Yeah, wouldn't hurt." Joey answers, putting his bottle back on the table. "She- Huh. Could have sworn I didn't eat that bit yet..." Jake plays innocent and looks his brother in the eye.
"You were always a fast eater. You probably ate it without even realising." he jokes.
"Huh..."

Mario and Delilah smile and snicker at Jake's antics. They listen to the notion of finding Storm and Mario gives Met a look from the corner of his eye. It's a smiley look, complete with raised eyebrows. Delilah doesn't notice, but does put her paw over him just for the fun of it.

Met didn't notice the look Mario gave. "Yeah, we should probably see if she wants to come, too."

The waiter now came out with Laika and Herodotus' orders. "sorry for the wait, enjoy your meal."

Herodotus took the pizza he had ordered for them, "Thank you." With that He and Laika each took a slice of their pizza and tried it for themselves since everyone else was enjoying theirs so much. They both enjoyed it, for a pizza place like this it was really interesting to taste something like this a put together and supposedly healthy too.

Herodotus busied himself just eating away at their pizza while the others went on, Laika ate too, but was more distracted by the others rather than trying to distract oneself from the others. "Could always go look for her then. Be like a game of hide and seek!"

Mario and Delilah split the final slice of their pizza, finishing off the pie. Both wiped their muzzles with napkins and Delilah placed her head on the table again.

after a long while of waiting around, Storm sighed and looked at the clinic. She doubted they would know where her friends were, but the doctors seemed to know Met at least, so maybe, hopefully they can point her in the right direction at least ?

"Sure. Geoff said you'd ask. They went- hang on." Sue opens a draw behind her and pulls out a photocopy of a map of the town which she places on the counter in front of Storm and turns it so that the lioness can read it.
"They went to get pizza. So they'll be here." Sue highlights the pizza place in pink and then highlights the vet clinic in pink.
"So all you have to do to get there is head out the door, turn right and head up the road and you'll see it. If they're not still there then I can't imagine they'll have gotten far. You could try roaring for Met and I'm sure he'll answer. Big cats have big voices. Actually, do you have a phone? I have Met's number on file. I'm sure he won't mind me giving it to you." Sue taps at her keyboard and then writes Met's mobile number on a sticky note which she promptly sticks to the map.
"There you are. Anything else you need, just give us a buzz."

Delilah flexed her other paw, feeling the bandages wrapped around it twist and move. Mario jumped around, hopping up to Jake's head. He lounged their, smiling.

Herodotus and Laika quickly went through as much of the pizza as the others continued to talk before they had to head off. Going through the food as fast as they could filled them up just as fast, making them both a little more than stuffed. "We are ready to go when you are." Laika said with a little hiccup, as Herodotus was left holding the last few slices they had left.

Herodotus watched as Mario did whatever it was that he was wanting to do while Bianca finished up another slice of their pizza waiting for what would be said after Met finished up with the phone call.

When Met stood, Mario hopped back onto the table. He walked over to Delilah and leaned against her hand.

"It was great!"

"Simply wonderful!"

The gave each other a look.

"Magnificent!"

"Stupendous!"

That look turned into a full on glare. They began to try to one up one another with bigger and greater words.

Laika watched amused at Mario and Delilah coming up with better and better words to describe the pizza. Herodotus watched as Met left, and went back to the counter to get a smaller container for the slices of pizza they had left.

The roos giggle at the Indian animals' antics, enjoying the excitement even if they don't understand all the words. They pick up their water bottles and fumble for a few moments to open them. The twisting motion involved is still new to them but they get their water bottles open before long and drink half their water in one go before pulling faces at the chemical taste.
"Gee you guys know a lotta words. Where'd you learn 'em all?" Joey queries, screwing the cap back onto his bottle.

Delilah places her paw over Mario before he can answer the roos first.

"In this spectacular book called a dictionary!"

Delilah suddenly yelps and pulls her paw off of Mario. She shakes it as Mario spits out small strands of white fur.

"It's full of many extraordinary words!"

The two siblings glared at one another again and continued to list words, still trying to one up one another.
