It probably sounds a tad cliche, but I wonder if Sasha is suffering from some kind of personality split. She's always seemed rather trusting and loving towards her owner, even when he was hardly a stellar person. Perhaps this is another side of her that even she is unaware exists. Alternatively, maybe the "Obedience" school that her owner sent her to wasn't exactly on the level. He's proven to be pretty awful, so it wouldn't surprise me if he skimped on a good school and got her roped into a bad situation.

Well in all fairness from what we have seen the "Gods" in housepets are somewhat cruel in general. I mean even the head deity-ish-thing basically didn't care when king pled to him to stop the game because it was destroying lives. I mean, to them it was just a game but bothering to stop a game between spirit Dragon and Pete was too much of a bother to waste a moment of his infinite and (in Pete's own words) subjective time.

I actually have to wonder if there even id a devil there because the gods don't seem to be very good themselves. Even dragon who is often seen as the "Nice" one was still just using Sabrina and that dog that shouldn't be with peanut because he belongs with grape. >.>

I agree, we have seen no actual evidence that she is in any way involved and the guess seems to be based on the fact that her eyes are pink... but... Sasha's eyes have always been pink.
