Wild Mass Guessing
Re: Wild Mass Guessing
Bino was replaced by an alien clone at some point during the last 5 years. No one but Sasha knows, not even Bino, and Sasha broke up with Bino after realizing this. The next arc will focus upon Alien Clone Bino discovering his true heritage.

Tarot is actually a ghost.

Tarot will become Sheldon's GF equivalent and keep asking peanut for pups, yet he'll keep being a clueless, innocent soul, making for a LOT of awesome and cute strips and then puppies!

We all know Diss is Bahamut.
Douglas isn't my real name, but because of a name block put on me by a higher-order being known as Djinni, I can't say my real name.
Re: Wild Mass Guessing
The pink and green huskies are going make a deal with either Cerberus or Bahamut in a future arc. The'll be brought back to life so that they can be with Fox, but if they die again, they won't be able to go back to heaven.

King will get in touch with his dad, if he's alive.
Peanut and Max will try to pull a Così fan tutte on Grape and Tarot, but the two females will catch on and play along, much to the shock of Max and Peanut.

I wonder if animals in this world make animal sounds. Bailey mentioned barking at other dogs, and Truck meowed when he was pretending to be a cat. Maybe they do so as newborns? Or is it situational like when people make certain noises like grunting?
Re: Wild Mass Guessing
all of King and Bailey's pups will become cat lovers.

Barking appears to be situational.

The Housepets know that they're in a comic and make their world humerus so as to entertain us... but we are also a comic in their world.
If I hit someone with a dictionary is that physical, or verbal assault?

only problem is, based on what we know of his old life not many people would miss him. single, at least one, probably both parents dead, no steady jobs with anyone worth befriending. maybe he'd have like one friend he'd stayed in touch with?

Re: Wild Mass Guessing
Now you got me thinking,
Even if he had one good friend, from the perspective of anyone outside of his immediate life now, Joel Robinson disappeared off the face of the Earth about what, 6-7 years ago.
That's something hard to come back from, even without the obvious complications.
Edit: I don't know if this has been brought up before, but I'm new, and this seemed the place to post this.
With the GoDC hemorrhaging support under Bino's "leadership", I think it's high time they had some direct competition. Something less exclusive, like a Babylon Gardens Pets Club. I think Fido still has some pull in the community (As a K9 if for nothing else), and Fox is popular. Add Zach and a few of the more prominent cats and I think it could take off.
(note: this is 2 fanfic ideas I've had in the last week, I wish I had writing talent. If I inspire anyone who does, go for it.)

I know, but it's still a pretty interesting avenue to explore. I can think of a ton of opportunities simply logging onto an old account would create for a story arc.RandomGeekNamedBrent wrote:only problem is, based on what we know of his old life not many people would miss him. single, at least one, probably both parents dead, no steady jobs with anyone worth befriending. maybe he'd have like one friend he'd stayed in touch with?

When the parties convene at the mana pool, while they're distracted in arguing with each other, Breel, Spring, and Summer use the mana to bring themselves back to life to better spend time with everyone.

Karishad will get there first. Both teams will arrive at an empty mana pool with a string of garden hoses leading all the way to the zoo. The whole town will then be overrun by magical flying dolphins bent on world domination.

Re: Wild Mass Guessing
that little chalice on a dais thing we've been seeing isn't actually the mana pool, it's just an altar of sorts where said mana gets used.
the actual pool is a quite literal full-size swimming pool filled with the stuff a floor below it, which is as big as it is because Pete had nothing better to do for centuries.

Pete and Dragon didn't lose their memory when they were reincarnated, and are now looking for the pool to regain their power. Maybe visit Dragon's temple.
Re: Wild Mass Guessing
They get there and use the scroll of summoning, likely with Keene's intention that Pete would appear and grant the wish of equality. It does bring Pete, but in his current mortal form, making the trek pointless except to reintroduce a potentially new Pete.

Re: Wild Mass Guessing
this entire arc is a setup. Thomas isn't the mastermind, he's an unwitting pawn of Stewart, who is actually a quadruple-agent working for...
(pause for dramatic effect)
THE OTHER FERRETS! cause they think keene's been too stressed out ever since the car thing, and want him to take a break, completely oblivious to what peril they've wrought.
also the camel is with the NSA.

Re: Wild Mass Guessing
The grand mastermind of this entire plot is the Camel!
Since this incident,
The entire family line has been building up for a time when the godly power would be theirs, finally culminating in using Thomas Milton in getting into the temple.
Though heading to the desert first was a bit of a minor setback in the grand scheme of things.
He'll likely have a "word" with Mr. Steward when his plan is complete over this.

The hole in Max's ear isn't actually a bite mark, it's the result of an accident involving superglue, a waffle iron, and a block of cheddar cheese. He just claims it's a bite to preserve his dignity.
