He'd be the Bailiff, I guess. "Opening those ways" and all... And Ink would be Court agent, Falstaff and Truck Officers of the Court, and Trinket could be the Eagle of Justice, and Cory would be …….. probably very unwelcome.

I hate to admit it but they do kind of look like that don't they.

He's been getting buffer, he was basically spherical at Christmas (you couldn't really see him in that one shot in the zoo arc, but I assume he was spherical there too), and he was still pretty chubby-all-over on the Australian trip. Ironically started getting muscular-with-a-snack-belly in the eating-contest arc. He's hardly even got moobs now.
Can you provide links?

I think we can all agree on one thing.

By the time this camping trip is over, the stakes will be raised.

GET IT? THE STAKES? BECAUSE TENT.

...I'll see myself out.

You know I realized something about this chapter. We actually have learned more about Miles past from these last few strips than in most of the comic. Between the wolves relationship with Gale and the whole Alpha argument, there is so much about the wolves time in the woods we don’t know.
Miles is now part of the ever growing list of characters who have mysterious pasts. King is the biggest because he is the most developed character in the series. But there’s Grape, Res, Keene, Sabrina, and several others if you wanted to. Honestly Rick could write an entire anthology about the characters before the time of the comics.
To be more honest he would not even have to write it himself. He could just as easily get a ghost writer or the fandom to do it or do like All the Kings Men. If he needed the money then he could sell it online like the comic books. I know I would pay through the nose to find out more about King.
Amazing the things I think about when I lie awake at night.

You know what I realized, I post waaay too much on this site.

As the top commenter from years 3-6, trust me, there's no such thing as posting too much on this site

^ This. All of this.

Also, I just love it when little retro touches creep into Housepets!, because they add so much to its charm. Like, oh I dunno, 1950s-era motorcycle sidecars and crash lids:

I prefer the less bulked-up wolves of the earlier strips myself.

Concur, Argent. It's getting overdone - who next? But, it's Rick's world...
