Re: Photoshopping Housepets!
Now I must recolor that to be Doug. =3
Douglas isn't my real name, but because of a name block put on me by a higher-order being known as Djinni, I can't say my real name.
Re: Photoshopping Housepets!
Wanting to get back to making these. Then I started and remembered how tedious it is. I still want to finish that little pseudoseries from a while ago in some way.
Also whipped this up a while ago based on my OCs. They've all been posted in the Media Median section. Frankly, glad with how well I could make Roosevelt look like Macabre.
Re: Photoshopping Housepets!
Funny. I worked in a business like "Dad" once. Fled!

Re: Photoshopping Housepets!
I did it - I recolored the cute King picture as Doug. Thanks 8bitkittycat for the upscale from that panel!

Re: Photoshopping Housepets!
Really good, man.
Re: Photoshopping Housepets!
Nice Job !!
Re: Photoshopping Housepets!
I want to get back to that pseudo-series, I really do, it's just a lot of work. And figuring out who the remaining characters should be, if they should change. Have an idea for an ending, too. But for now, have this.

Re: Photoshopping Housepets!
so THATS where the hammer sends people...
Most important thing I've learned from D&D?
No matter how tempting it may be, as a DM I can't both present a problem and solve it.
Every time a DMPC or NPC fixes something a payer couldn't i'm diminishing and undermining that player's contribution.

Ah, so Rocky through the hammer, it hit me and GC, and now we be quadrokitties.
Re: Photoshopping Housepets!
In my defense, I've never gotten to wield a banhammer before.

One does not simply throw a banhammer.

The black eye was kinda tricky to remove. Now I have incentive to keep it.

Let's take a break from the break. Mirage needs more love. Macabre has basically been taking her thunder.

And got this little bit of fun.
Even made a masked version, to get an idea on how emotive he could be with his mask.
EDIT: Thought something was wrong with the mask, realized that it was that I forgot that the helmet has pronounced brows. Fixed.

Ah, okay.
Re: Photoshopping Housepets!
Got me a new icon base. Wanted someone that looked older. Though whenever I get back to that little adventure, will still be using Peanut.

Re: Photoshopping Housepets!
Managed this. Early moment in Macabre and Mirage's relationship.
So, backstory, Mirage was really self-conscious about her enhanced form for a long time, as it only came out when she was emotionally or mentally compromised, such as being enraged. She hid this from her first boyfriend, and tried to do the same with Macabre. Thing is, she was having a rough day, so Macabre decided to play something to bring up her mood. Some hecklers came by, and Mirage didn't tolerate any of them making fun of Macabre. So this happened.
To her relief, Macabre didn't have a problem with the form. He would eventually help her in controlling the form to be accessed whenever she pleased.
Oy, this was tedious. Lots of stuff to add it, like the elongated ears, new patterns, and a second arm for Jack. Pretty much gave up and Mirage's "mane".

Nothing some appropriate/decent photoshopping skills won't fix.

I downloaded Paint.net a while ago, so I wanted to test it out. Here's a little meme, feel free to use it.

Nice rendition of Grape and Sabrina there, Buster.
Re: Photoshopping Housepets!
I don't get it too, but, it's a very well made characters swap, Not A Furry. Zach hasn't never been so scary, Tappy Too. Great edits, D-Rock and Buster.
Re: Photoshopping Housepets!
oops forgot to add a description, I swapped them to see how they looked in eachother's costume.

he swapped the costumes and has made himself a Zootopia version of the Drake meme to show he'd prefer if peanut and Grape had upheld traditional gender rolesDissension wrote:I don't think I get it
Re: Photoshopping Housepets!
Actually the zootopia pics are just for comparison of the color schemes, but yeah sure I won't deny I'm a bit tired of the overused gender role swap jokes.RandomGeekNamedBrent wrote:he swapped the costumes and has made himself a Zootopia version of the Drake meme to show he'd prefer if peanut and Grape had upheld traditional gender rolesDissension wrote:I don't think I get it
Also if anything the traditional gender roles would be the original strip ones, considering there used to be no females in the police.
