Peanut finds losing track of time
is easy when you have something showy
but, if he’s too late for the guy
he can have it drawn by Joey.
Or is Grape kidding about the time?
Her revenge for all the Couches?
When getting to what they want
usually these guys ain’t slouches.
A strange strip, full of mystery;
probably added at last minute.
Marion waits in the next tale
and Monday we might begin it.

You know you could put the comic on the internet yourself, Peanut.

Yes, this post about being last minute appears to have come so late in the day that they didn't have time to credit it .Champion Wallace wrote:SPOT (Superdog) in...

EDIT. That's now been corrected.
Tech E. Coyote deserves credit!

I feel you Peanut. So I came up with a solution: Have your own webcomic! That way you're the master of the deadlines.
You may be bad at your own deadlines tho...

I'm guessing y'all didn't see the name because of the fact that it's on the same section as the title, which isn't viewable from the main page?

Peanut looks really adorable in this one, with those sleepless bug eyes!
I also especially like how meta this strip is.

I hated it when I turned in a paper/essay only for teacher/professor to grant a last minute extension, and refuse to give me back my paper.NHWestoN wrote:Term papers seem to be subject to the same problem...........
Aw, send it in Peanut, it might get looked at anyway. Both Peanut and Grape are adorable in this. Great work Tech E. Coyote!

Well, yes. But to be fair, I'm always willing to give a dog a hug, a belly rub, a pat on the head and a part of my lunch.SeanWolf wrote:D'aw I feel bad for Peanut in the last panel. Anyone else want to give him a hug?
Cheering up Peanut would just be an added bonus.
Nice job! I though Peanut was especially adorable here.

Oh no, Peanut, what a tragedy... All that effort got suddenly useless. Well, you could try again on a next time. Or follow Grape's advice just to show it to this artist.
See what this fan comic shows as last fan comic of this round... It seems done on purpose. Nice work, Tech E. Coyote.

Look at what you did Grape. It might not have been on purpose but you pretty much just completely crushed Peanut and he is now in the beginning of a sleep-deprived breakdown. XD

Except with that Grape did get some sleep and didn't have a nervous breakdown like poor Peanut is going to have. Not to mention that all that sleep deprivation can kill you by causing irreversible brain damage.

That's if he doesn't have a nervous breakdown and die from sleep deprived induced brain damage.
