That's true, but I'd hate to be scammed into a huge medical bill. In that case, you'd be better off taking the car, selling it, and using the funds for your own treatment.

Maybe answering the question requires "Changes in the present rehabilitation, education, vocational training and retraining, technical and vocational education and training" and maybe it's not worth all that effort and therefor not necessary.
