Housepets!

I slept until about two in the afternoon today. I guess that's what I get for staying up until 2 in the morning and having a series of cool dreams.

Well she went to get the supplies and we redid the bathroom, so now we have to wait to tomorrow to use the shower.

My friend almost made the entire cafeteria sing happy birthday to me. I was like nooo! They didn't, so I'm glad.

Studying for a test next week.

Cleaning the house since my mother is on a trip to New York.

Sleeping in.

Relaxing since I don't have to study for my test anymore. Woo!

When I came back from visiting family from Thanksgiving, I saw The Martian (the novel) in an airport book store waiting for my flight. I picked it up cause I'd seen the movie and greatly enjoyed it, but ended up listening to music most of the flight instead.

I started reading the book today. I also finished reading it today, which should indicate how much I liked it. Then again, giant space nerd. >_>

Shouldn't be a surprise, but if you liked the movie, you should definitely get the book. There's a bit more stuff in the book than in the movie and is even more geeky than an already pretty dorky movie. A precaution though for those it matters to, it has a lot of language (and not just of the overly technical kind). One particular log in a chapter after something goes wrong is basically him cursing every other word. Then again, given the circumstances, it's well... kinda understandable. Still a high recommend for me, even if I am pretty much the target audience.

Went to decorate a tree at Slater park honoring my grandfather and then went Christmas shopping with my mom and aunt.

Now that the semester is basically over, I'm backing up all my files and upgrading to Windows 10!
(Though I'll be upgrading tomorrow because I've been at this for almost 3 hours and I'm only 46% backed up. =P)

You mean because of how slow it is for Windows 10 to upgrade or back things up?

Watched a Broadway show that was touring through town with the family, since my sister's a theater buff. Was pretty good.

Preparing for Christmas by getting the house ready as my mother somehow manages to bake with one hand.

Gonna go out to eat again but this time with my mother.

Well some friends and I went to Walmart just to "use the restroom" and it somehow escalated into us filling up a cart with random products and hiding it on a shelf.

Just found out that someone found it and posted it on snap chat! I'm crying!

I'm trying to fight a cold that I have because its annoying me.

What do you mean by "use the restroom?" Putting it in parentheses implies it's not what one usually does there.

Like they really went to use the restroom and when they were done we just walked around and got separated and went to find the lost one filling up the cart randomly in the process.

Going to therapy.

What a coincidence! I had therapy a few hours ago! Though that was to talk with a psychiatrist.

I volunteered at the hospital, am going to dinner with my mom, and then going to a friend's for game night!

Spent the afternoon with my boyfriend and we helped each other study for classes.

Shaved the goatee I've been keeping just because, immediately gets mistaken for a high schooler, which was why I kept that goatee in the first place.

Shave your beard, and shave 10 years off xD

Going to work till 3:30pm today and yes I do actually enjoy going to work lol.

Making dinner and eating it. I'm having ham.
