I find this comic rather amusing if you imagine that their bat impressions are voiced by Edwyn Tiong
Re: ARC 46: The Case of The Aztec Gold
Even different breeds can be related! (In a humorous, cartoonish setting of course)Sleet wrote:Just 'cause they're not the brightest? They're different breeds entirely!
But I actually mean in the sense that Kevin and (probably) Sasha both see things that most others either don't see or just completely miss the point. Considering everyone considers them too dumb to listen to, but this makes it much more amusing.

Maxwell did it one halloween, but i just think he got lucky. But that's just me >.>
Compared to Sasha and Kevin, I just find there's similarities between them two just seem to have more impact when they are ignored, but not just because they are ditsy which is amusing.

Re: ARC 46: The Case of The Aztec Gold
This again brings up the question of how much Fido knows about the supernatural. I mean hes dating Sabrina which makes me think he has to know somethings or its possible she told him and he just doesn't believe her. Before anyone even says it because I know someone is going to make this argument, him being scared doesn't mean he doesn't know anything I mean something unexpected like this would scare just about anyone.

Well he was hesitant to believe that Sabrina could make him never be born, so I'm sure she doesn't tell him everything.

Re: ARC 46: The Case of The Aztec Gold
Actually I think that was less of a disbelief that she could do it and more of a disbelief that she would do it to him. Hence why he believe her after she made it clear she would, because she had done nothing to show him that she could do it; and if that's what he didn't believe he would still have no reason to believe she could.Sleet wrote:Well he was hesitant to believe that Sabrina could make him never be born, so I'm sure she doesn't tell him everything.

Did... did Fido just jump into Ralph's arms?
That's it. I call a halt to the "Fido is looking buff today" meme. He's NOT recovering from that indignity.

If Sabrina's sense of humour is as malicious as it was in the arc where Max and them were in the mansion, she recruited the ghost just to troll Fido.Tattorack wrote:I said before; Fido's going to have a loooooooooong talk with Sabrina...

Well, no.. its an Aztec ghost... and they're looking for Aztec gold.If Sabrina's sense of humour is as malicious as it was in the arc where Max and them were in the mansion, she recruited the ghost just to troll Fido.
(and besides, it was Tarot who summoned the ecto-menace into the mansion... ok so it was requested by Sabrina but I don't think she meant it that way)

Re: ARC 46: The Case of The Aztec Gold
No it wasn't Tarot that brought the Spookmaster into the mansion at all. It was Sabrina alone, Tarot was long gone by then.Tattorack wrote:Well, no.. its an Aztec ghost... and they're looking for Aztec gold.If Sabrina's sense of humour is as malicious as it was in the arc where Max and them were in the mansion, she recruited the ghost just to troll Fido.

Re: ARC 46: The Case of The Aztec Gold
It seemed to me like Sabrina did it by herself - She used the Ouija Board; ghosts strike me as being more her thing whereas Tarot is all about spirits as in, like, higher beings such as dragon. And I know it's the Aztec ghost, but it still strikes me as the sort of thing she would do (Though I'm pretty sure she just did it to Max to deflate his ego a tad)Tattorack wrote:Well, no.. its an Aztec ghost... and they're looking for Aztec gold.If Sabrina's sense of humour is as malicious as it was in the arc where Max and them were in the mansion, she recruited the ghost just to troll Fido.

And didn't you already say that nothing in the novel would come up in the comic anyway? (or something like that) That's why you said you would never need to read the novel to understand anything in the comic. (I would assume if anything that was in the novel, came up in the comic it would be explained in the comic like the novel didn't exist)rickgriffin wrote:No she doesn'tFoxstar wrote:Sabrina knows that ghost.

The last panel has the most adorable Ralph face I have ever seen done.
So Fido is in the know. Good to know.
Where is Spo in the last panel? Chewing the ropes maybe?

Re: ARC 46: The Case of The Aztec Gold
I knew Fido knew about the magic stuff. Still the question is how much does he know exactly (like about Dragon and the Game and Pete ect.) Now how exactly are they getting out of this one? Spo biting though the ropes is very likely or the Ghost helping them (if it is a Ghost its still possible its not thought I doubt that really.) some how.
Edit: I'm guessing right now he knows about all the Cosmic Nerds and the Game it self it seems unlikely Sabrina wouldn't at least give him a breif rundown of everything like that. Details are less likely but possible though

I can't believe I only just now noticed that the poses of the pets in the last panel is the same as the previous one. I wonder if Rick was in a rush or something.
