I'd love some cool novelty t-shirts with pictures of, like, my fursona and/or my logo on them.

I dunno about having any quotes on them, though.

I have a ton of T-shirts! They're like my default casual clothes. I try to make sure they've got some style to them, though. T-shirts that are just words are ugh.

most of my T-shirts are from TV shows and video games, and I get them all either at conventions or Hot Topic. I took a big suitcase with me to college, it was like 75% T-shirts.

I love graphic T-shirts! Every superhero movie I have been to, I wear an appropriate shirt if I can find one.
I am a tad uncomfortable with myself so many of my shirts aren't fancy. but I have perhaps 5 shirts that have something on them.

I currently own three shirts that say Coast Guard on them for civilian use. The only thing stopping me from buying more is the fact that I own enough shirts to not do laundry for like, two straight months. And that's assuming I use one every day, which I don't because I have to wear my uniform on work days. I'm probably going to try thinning out my T-shirt stockpile sometime soon and before you know it, I'll fatten it right back up with more Coast Guard stuff. :P

Yes. Actually, that's the reason I'm no longer a mod. No internet in boot camp meant I couldn't do anything, and as of right now, I'm stationed on a 270 foot long boat. We're in home port right now so I have regular internet access, but when we go out to sea I don't (At least not for use on stuff like this). If my next unit is a land unit, I'll probably become more active on a regular basis and if the need comes, I can mod again (assuming Diss would still want me). With the last round of promotions though, things seem to be handled pretty well.

As far as stories go, I can't say I have many outside of boot camp. I do have quite a few that were from in boot camp though.

Oh right I forgot about your big announcement post about being too busy to be a mod anymore. My memory sucks. :/

Alrighty, Let's hear some boot camp stories then.

Oh boy boot camp stories. I've a few of my own, not too interesting, just a lot of yelling and messing up then getting yelled at again.

Ever done that thing where you decide you're going to go to sleep after reading the current chapter of a story, only to realize when you're three books further into the series that the sun is coming up and you haven't slept yet?

Nah. Last night I told myself I'd go to sleep at the end of the chapter, and I did that. Self control, yay! :D

Don't you know? Windows 95 is horribly bloated. It needs 40 whole MB of disk space!

Yeah I barely have room for that with all my folders of Beck concert bootlegs filling up my terabyte hard drive.

Um...why just why? 95/98 are completely outdated and there's so much you can't do anymore.
then again...anything is better then 7

that is not windows 98.
You have system tray icons and a quicklaunch bar, those features shouldn't be there yet.

Objection!
Do you happen to have a weak computer? Maybe's that.
Or that you have a non genuine copy of Windows 7 (srsly, pirated copies of W7 function a lot worse than 2000 and ME combined)

Maybe you're talking about W95, the one in the screenshot is Windows 98.

7 is exactly the same as vista except with more taken out! If it came out first people would hate it just as much.

Well, at least is not as intrusive as Vista (that's what I hear)

When it came out, now I have both and I prefer the modern patched vista over 7 plus it looks nicer and oddly enough takes less power and less space.

7 suffers from bloat moreso than vista, but vista was just annoying to me. I don't really remember specifically what I didn't like, but I remember when I got 7 thinking, "Oh, thank goodness, it's better." Better or worse is, of course, subjective, but I recall a lot of people agreeing with that sentiment both at the beginning and well into its run ;)
Course I haven't seen either of them in quite some time, so it's possible that patching Vista improves it significantly.

It does, I did so personally. And it's really not a bad O/S once its been repaired a little bit and some stuff is added in giving you more control, and the updates make it beautiful in comparison to what it was.

I actually didn't run into any problems with vista or 7.

I remember when 7 came out I tried running several IDEs and Dev kits, and it didn't support anything. II hated using it and it still is not in my faces list, if you want anO/S for nothing but home usage then I suppose its OK, but when it comes to work purposes you'd be better off with Linux or an old version of windows.

A fair few times before now, I've come across people complaining that Vista is, like, the worst Windows OS ever...I've had it on my old laptop for a good number of years...and I have no idea what people are on about...I mean, the only issue I had with Vista was the Windows Updates not installing for some reason so I ALWAYS got the "there are updates that need to be installed" notification.

Doesn't matter now. I got a much better desktop computer with Windows 10.
