"That, is something we can agree on," Joshua said, shaking the wolf's paw, "And hopefully we'll be looking forward to working with you in the future."

Phew. Oh smack! I forgot I had a cell!

Mitch snuck his cell phone out of his collar and began texting Jenny.
[Hey Jen! Big todo today, I'll tell ya bout it later!]
Mitch then put his cell away.

"Hey Mitch, are there any songs or anything for this?" Joshua asked him. Instantly putting him on the spot.

Ohhhhhhh smack! What the fur?! Are there?

For a moment, Mitch stood still.

"Uhhhhh, no that I remember," he said finally, not remembering anything.

"Ah well, let's have a whoop whoop then!" His mother said, shouting the same. The other members echoed the same.

"Heh, ah well. Assembly dismissed then!," Joshua said, and the crowd began melting away.

"I do remember one thing though," Joshua continued, "Would you like to join the tribe for dinner later on this evening?" He asked hopefully.

(ooc: was very tempted to go crazy native celebration but decided to wrap it up)

Belisarius went and joined his mate and Lance. Wrapping a paw around each other's shoulders he said, "I'll stick with the natives. I still must impress properly the neighborhood, right?"
"Geee," was what Valiant answered, before Rikki nudged him. "I mean, sure. You could also come home and meet my parents. Would you like that, Bel?"
The wolf thought it over. "Hm, I guess so. Let's go!"

"Ah well, there's always the mid-summer's eve then," Joshua said, watching them ready to go.

"Hey Mitch?" He said to Mitch.

"Yeah?" Mitch answered.

"Watch that wolf," he said to him aside, "He's not shady or anything, he just, I dunno. The phrase, all the world's a stage comes to mind."

"Don't worry, I will," Mitch said quietly back. Joshua smiled and walked back into the village. Hoping he had made the right choice for his people. Mitch watched his uncle go and then joined the small group and stood beside Rikki.

"So, where we going first?" he asked, excited and nervous at the same time.

As Valiant got off of Mitch "Phew, thankfully, that ended better than it could've" was all Grey could say, but once Saphia spoke, he clicked back into focus. "Chicken strips? "Guys I don't think its such a good idea to just walk into the middle of the neiborhood with Belisarius. I mean people are going to freak if anyone sees him." Lance said as he reached in to his collar. "You are lucky I carry this around with me at all times." He said pulling out a bit of laminated cardboard with the words Animal Control Escort written on it. "I carry it just in case I find an injured/trouble making animal around here and need to take them in. Now do we have anything we can put this on? Something that would go around your neck would be best." He asked the group.

"he says most of these would cost about $150 maybe $200 in the state they're in and the rarity but he's not willing to give any away." "he says this is one of the rarest, Pyro Cola was a small Cola company that ran only in Hawaii and only for a short time so this stuff it very very rare." Nalo commented holding the sign softly and carefully as not to drop it.

"Hmmm, that's quite interesting, I like foreign stuff even if it's in our own country, Hawaii...hmmm, ain't had a lot from there." Ying said intrigued by the sign.

The sign was orange with a white border and the font used for Pyro Cola was a font much like Forte on the computer. To the left of the writing was a volcano shooting out drops of lava, shooting into the sky, A beach and palm trees below the volcano. At the bottom was a small plaque that was unreadable from the sofa but you could make out that there was some writing.
"Interesting" Archimedes said, looking at the soda from the couch. He leaned forward to look closer, then up at the TV as the theme song for Star Trek: Enterprise rolled. He always liked the use of real, historic footage at the beginning of the show. From the space shuttles to the first flight in 1903. "Looks like Nate's first taste of TV will be sci-fi."

"What's star trek" the cat asked, continuing to watch the screen. He had heard of it a few times, but that was all. At this, Archimede's jaw dropped and he just stared at the cat in disbelief.
"Ah a Sci-Fi show first, it's a good choice I mean there is a lot. I'm more for Warehouse 13 and A Town Called Eureka, I think that show might be good for you Archimedes Ying said with a laugh watching the TV.

"Don't you boys be worried about nothing foolish like that, here," Hannah said, having heard part of the conversation, she held in her paws neckerchiefs of various colors.

"These are some of the first things I made since coming here," she said to Belisarius, "Help yourself dear, don't be shy! Don't worry, they all have small pockets."

Mitch just mentally shook his head.

Moooom! He thought in a playfully embarrassed tone.

"Well let's see," Mitch replied to that comment, just a little miffed, "Probably because we're out of the way. We use those to defend ourselves against large predators and to hunt. Ohhhh, is that, bacon?" Mitch said, noticing a familar smell. When Lance let go of Kurt, Mitch walked up to him. Again like usual, not waiting for a response from Valiant or the wolf.

"How you been?" Mitch asked him.

Out of a house bought recently by a young couple thought to not have a pet emerged a big red tabby, although not really just a red tabby when you got a better glance.

The name of the cat was Specter, a name he had gotten for his silence, unlike Iblis, his alter ego. The maine coon cross had been told to get out of the house and make friends, to his dismay. He'd never been much of a talker after he had been abused by his old owner.

You have to do this,He thought.Mr. and Mrs. Mchugh asked you to make friends, and so you shall. His thought ended when he hit the sidewalk, where he looked around for at least the twelfth time. He sniffed the air, and smelled... bacon? he wasn't sure, but he followed his nose, triping over a ball that had been left out, assumably by some young kid.(L-3)

After standing back up he decided that it would be safer to stay in the yard untill someone noticed him. So he walked back to his house, a blue panted two story, and lied down belly up in the sun, Ears at the ready to tell him someone was approaching.

Valiant took his ration and started eating happily. "Relax, Mitch, he was only being curious. Hmm, brown hashes..."
Rikki gladly gave her bacon to the panda. "I'm more the chicken type, champ, so no prob. But eggs...ohh, how can any honest ferret resist them?"
Belisarius wasn't picky. He just gobbled the whole content of his paper plate as if he wanted to eat the plate as well. "Not bad. Surely different from deer guts and the occasional city trash."
Valiant rolled his eyes while eating his eggs. "Bel, dear, please, do *not* make me think that I kissed that mouth of yours, 'kay?"

Lance smiled as he watched Kurt eat he picked up some of the food and ate it even if he wasn't that hungry, it just smelled so good that it was hard to resist.

Jenny sat at her desk going through some paper work when she picked up her cell that had rung before and flipped to the text message she had gotten. hmmm I wonder what he's talking about. she thought as she typed up her own message to send back to Mitch. (Ok see you later then, I hope its nothing bad.)

"Yea" Archimedes said as he stood to place his bowl on the stack. Behind him, Nate did the same as they headed for the door.

"My muzzle's fine" Nate said, wiping the milk/ice cream away.

Outside, Archimedes looked towards the park and spotted another new pet. He'd seen a moving truck there ages ago, but hadn't met the cat who was sunning himself. "Hey Ying, I think there's another new pet" he said, looking down the road towards Iblis/Specter.

Specter's ears twitched, after he had sat up ate the sound of talking. He blushed a little thinking about how silly that had to look. He looked around, to see a small group of other pets.

He gave a nervious wave of "Hello", as he thought to himself Okay, now all i have to do is hope they... wait. and his train of thought crashed as he realised he had conflicting intrests, knowing he didn't want them near, but knowing he did as well.

He stood up and brushed himself off, and hoped that one of them could at least translate badly improvised sign language or "on your hand scratching" as Iblis had always called it.

"That looks nice." Saphia answered looking over at the shaded area. That looks like a good place for some quite time with Grey. It'll be nice to just lounge all day, or at least for now. Saphia tugged slightly on Grey's arm, motioning to him to go towards the spot.
Grey felt the tug on his arm and went along to the spot, taking Saphia with him by the paw. "Looks to be quite a quiet day from now, doesn't it?" Grey asked leaning his back against the tree "Though I guess maybe a few quiet days would be a nice thing to have" Grey said, his back sliding down the tree, taking him from a stand, down to laying on the grass "Care to join me, down here? Grey said, a little smirk on his face.

You think there's a plate for me? Cause otherwise, I'd have to fight you for those eggs, and lose probably, heh."
Aw, you say the most romantic things, brave warrrior!" Rikki said, handing the panda a plate. "Here you go. So, what are your programs for today? Wanna see the face of my parents when Val introduces the monster hunk to the family?"
"Yeah Mitch you should come with us it. It sounds like its going to be very interesting for sure." Lance said giggling a bit as he relaxed with him arm still around Kurt.

Ying and Nalo walked out behind them, Nalo saying goodbye to his dad before closing the door. Ying turned to where Archimedes was looking and saw the new pet as well saying "Yeh, seems so, We should have something like a banquet with all these new pets. Just a napkin idea, throw it away if you'd like" laughing slightly at the end of it.

Aw, you say the most romantic things, brave warrrior!
Mitch just playfully rolled his eyes at that as he accepted the plate from Rikki.

"Thanks! I guess I was hungrier then I thought I was," he said, then, as an after thought, "Hon." He added with a little smirk.

"I dunno though, I was just gonna hang around the park with you guys," Mitch looked around the park and noticed that a certain couple were under a tree. He smiled at that.

Probably trying to get away from it all, heh.

"But, uh, I guess, it couldn't hurt," he said. Mitch felt his cell phone buzz then. He took it out and looked at what Jenny wrote back.

(Nah, it's nothing. But Valiant would probably want to tell you about it first. See ya laters then! :))

"Hello" Archimedes said approaching the new cat, "I'm Archimedes, are you new here? I don't think I've seen you before."

"A banquet?" Nate said, "sounds a bit overkill, isn't it?"

Specter Froze up as he was approched, and all he could do was sit there thinking for a second. Alright, He thought. I'm being talked to, now what was the first step... He thought about the but sniffing that some do but stoped that thought when he rememberd that only dogs, but it was a dog in front of him...

In a frightened movement he nodded and repeated the nervious wave of 'hi'.

"You think he'll be fine out there?" asked Mrs. Gina Mchugh. He'll be fine, said Mr. Donald Mchugh. After all, him and Iblis are inseperable. He joked, leaving the window out of which they were watching.

That's what worries me. she said, taking one last glance out the window toward the pet's she hoped wouldn't awaken Iblis before leaving it.

Valiant shrugged. "Fine by me, Lance. the more the merrier, plus you can vouch for Bel, and you Mitch can offer a word of comfort for their fears. So..." he clasped his paws, "Let's go!"

"Are you alright?" Archimedes asked as he approached, he sniffed the air and looked at the cat. "Are you injured? Deaf? Ill?" The dog continued to look at the cat, keeping his distance enough that he couldn't be perceieved as threatening or anything.
