Grape is the most adorable looking thing in those last two panels.
Always love to live, and live to love others.

Watch Grape pull some sweet ninja move and put Fox in a choke-hold outa nowhere.
Re: Arc 50: Housepets Babies!
Fox is truly epic. I will never doubt his awesomeness again...
How can something as dangerous as Kitten Grape look so darn nonviolent and sweet...
Black trench coats are always bad to the bone awesome.

Alternate solution: Run Grape up a tree.
At least Bino is faithful to the cause, even if it is violent =3

"Beat Up That Tiny Little Kitten" would be a good book name if it weren't for the fact that it doesn't fit in with the current theme naming or the naked theme people have proposed.

I just realized that Sabrina may make an appearance.
Perhaps there will be a second intruder.

Re: Arc 50: Housepets Babies!
That is unlikely as Sabrina is not most likely not in the neiborhood yet and still traveling the world with her dad/owner. I doubt a second intruder will show up but if some one does it might end up being the ones who kidnapped Fox the first time, if its anyone.RootsofOrigin wrote:I just realized that Sabrina may make an appearance.

Re: Arc 50: Housepets Babies!
Fox has kidnapping syndrome. What is this madness?

Little does Fox know when his life DOES become an action film, HE is the victim.
Re: Arc 50: Housepets Babies!
And, in a bizarre twist of fate, King appears in a time machine to save Fox, who is unconscious, at the last minute! And all Fox sees as he comes to is the silhouette of a corgi disappearing, amidst an unnatural fog, in a bolt of lightning... oooooOOOOOOoooOOOOooo! *wiggles fingers*Kitch wrote:Little does Fox know when his life DOES become an action film, HE is the victim.

After reading the last comic again with Fido's safety reminder in toll, I suddenly remember the old McGruff commercials. Huh.

Maybe Grape does like dogs? And Res called her cute. Both my potential non-Max ships have been partially validated! [/obnoxious shipper]

If she does like dogs, this is going to be a case of "The lady doth protest to much, methinks." in the next strip. (if she comes out of her room in the next one anyway.)Sleet wrote:Oh. My. Glob.

Woot! More credence to my theory that Grape likely watches too much wrestling in her spare time! *suplex'd*

I think they'll just give her room and talk some more, Peanut and Res getting closer as friends.
Grape got quite upset. She cannot take a joke, can she?
I love how Peanut just takes it when she throws him around, and his calm at her going into an emotional fit in her room. A very calm and collected individual indeed.

But in all seriousness, I haven't smiled this much about a episode sins the barn cat's.

Now everyone take a close look at this scene. What can we all learn from this? Me personally I've learned that there is a poin in time you most run away and as we see peanut has not learned this lesson.
Ok so I'm secretly a mouse who lives in a boot. What you have never seen rescue rangers before?

Awkward moments are the best moments in this comic. but poor Grape can't catch a light awkward moment, huh? Especially with Res around this time XD
And everyone on the forums will now jump to this small little detail. <.<

Re: Arc 50: Housepets Babies!
For past strips - Aww, Peanut and Grape are so cute! Its nice that Peanut's owners recognised that he liked Grape, although a "Peanut pleas with big puppy-dog eyes" scene would have been great. Who could have said "no" to him?
- Wow, Fox really had a bad attitude when he was younger, huh? But that does give me an idea... .
- Very nice scene with Fox, though what on earth was Bino thinking? Even for him, that's just a bit too cruel.
For current strip - There is something going on with Grape, any other (rational) pet would have believed that Res meant that she just has an appreciation for dogs. I wonder how she is going to explain her overreaction without seeming a bit crazy.

Re: Arc 50: Housepets Babies!
All i wanted to know is if Max had a bite on his ear when he was a kitten in this arc, really X3
I do like to say though: I think the funny thing is if Grape did admit she liked dogs it turns out to not be a problem with cats since so far most cats seem to think the idea of liking a dog is fine. That probably won't stop cats from dating cats though for various reasons. It could even be one of this kind of thinking that Fox is basing his 'sinister cats' idea around.
However, i believe the exception will of course be Maxwell.
I don't doubt Maxwell at all, but i cannot deny that hanging out with Bino though will probably rub off on him in the end in terms of cat/dog relationships and hopefully he'll have to fix it.

Re: Arc 50: Housepets Babies!
Do most cats not have a problem with it? Res is kinda weird, so I'm not sure he's the best representative.

Re: Arc 50: Housepets Babies!
The Barn cats seemed fine with it. As for Res, he certainly isn't the best candidate either, but if Grape took a opinion to heart it would probably be Res. So far we haven't seen any cats as far as i'm aware that are against dog/cat relationships. Taken for granted, that don't stop them from favoring cat/cat relationships though =D

You know I was thinking the problem pets have with dogs dating cats and vice versa might be a childhood thing; and adult pets might grow out of it.

I dont know why it's been assumed that she's ran to her bedroom, that could just as easily be the front door of the house
I have a feeling Res will soon ask if she knew any cats back then and we'll see Max come into it.
I'm curious as to why she called it their "Special Time". I just think its a strange phrase to use even to a long distance friend who happens to be the writer of a famous book series.
