Some are even saying they'll name their character Crocker and their rival Turnner.

Smash Bros. for 3DS and Wii U looks amazing, I'm especially excited about Megaman being a playable character(when I first saw the video, I practically would've done cartwheels in the library if it weren't for those silly rules)http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U9S3GxFm ... r_embedded

And this made me roflcopter XD (and to make things funnier, she'll be a playable character)

I dunno, peach is pretty poor as a character for me. I like mewtwo in Melee still, on tiny Melee you could hide in shadow ball using it as a shield.

I would buy the Wii U for Smash Brothers at this point just because Megaman is in it.

I will Master my childhood icon and shoot everyone to death. Pew Pew Pew :|

A new type of Pokemon? Yea, I'm kinda glad now that I'm not getting the new Gen. Pokemon is now just a tired series to me.

On another note, Wii Fit Trainer, Villager, and Mega Man in SSB WiiU/3DS? Interesting range of characters, but I must admit, the Wii Fit Trainer intro vid was hilarious. X3

They did new types in Generation II and no one complained.

I'm way too excited about this guy in SSB. I don't know why.

I'm excited about the new SSB in general. So far, I've only played the first one.

I really don't see the reason why some fans are against the Fairy type. I mean, the last time new types are introduced were in Gen 2, and we really need something to counterbalance the OP-ness of Dragon types. Maybe it's because people can't accept that Jigglypuff and perhaps even Snubbull would be strong against legendary dragons like Palkia or Dialga

I'm just glad we finally get to know Sylveon's type.

Well considering that the last new types were steel, flying, bug and dark, that was pretty major. Its not like dragon and ice can beat dragon and they have little resistance to everything else, most dragons have low defense anyway. But fairy type just sounds wrong, not to mention its pretty late to go, "omg a new type that was here all along" though granted that's happened with every new region and new batch of pokemon.
My point being that if it were generation three it might have been acceptable to add In more complex stuff, but now I can't be bothered with learning new types and the novelty has worn off.

Sleet wrote:They did new types in Generation II and no one complained.
That was Gen 2, and both those were direct counters to Psychic types that were needed. Dragon types are not OP. Also, Fairy? Meh.

But still, that's not the primary reason for me. It's just tired. My entire gaming self is kinda tiring at new games. I'd still just rather play older games than what's new... Still need to play the original Super Mario Bros...

But it's a new type. Nobody was really expecting that.

Hukley wrote:... and I hoped to see a new zelda or the secret project of the Retro Studios... :|
From what I've seen, the new Zelda is a lot like a 3D version of Link to the Past. All the gameplay I've seen actually just looks like a 3D rendered version of areas from LttP. Still, I'll probably end up getting it, but it's going to need to show something more to come close to being as exciting as SSB4.

So... new Red Dead game, is it just a rumor or is it really happening (never know where to go to get video game news)?

somehow people get a sense of self worth by faking things people want to hear or see. then I remember these are the people who realize they play way too many games and have no self esteem.

Been playing Links Awakening and Majoras mask, anyone else got these games?

I really like the dark tone of Majoras Mask :)

It has a Sealed campaign. Meaning you can make your own 40+ card deck but it must be out of 6 (eventually up to 9 if you unlock them) booster packs. To my knowledge those can be taken online.

I've always wanted to play Majora's Mask! I keep meaning to buy it and an N64 console but I never have enough money. Plus I'm trying to get Four Swords and all the bits needed for that so my friends and I can play it together.

I see. I wonder why they don't grant the freedom that the yugioh games do...
edit: I mean, yugioh's game grant me dozens of different booster packs for me to unlock.

Buy collectors edition and the GBA version of a link to the past, you will get a good number of Zelda games there, including four swords. :D fear me for I am a sword master.
I also have OoT and Wind Waker on GameCube.
