Really! Everything is awesome, with it!
I wasn't expecting Greninja, but he's still awesome! Ninja Frogs FTW!!!

I can't wait to get Super Smash Bros. For Wii U!
I was expecting Mewtew, because so many people have been asking for him. I think Nintendo is purposefully tricking the players by teasing us with Greninja being Mewtew.

On the miiverse, everyone was spamming "Ridley! Pacman! Shrek!"
Now, it has been silenced.

I can only get the game for the 3DS, because I don't have a Wii U, but I'm content! ^.^

I'm most likely going to be playing on the "For Glory" mode of online, considering I usually play Final Destination. I love that they added boss characters to stages.

I started playing Dark Souls today, and while it's a challenge I get the feeling that it's difficulty is overstated.

Dishonored, on the other hand, is pretty hard when you try to not kill anybody, which is what I'm doing.

So I just played Bubsy 3D: Bubsy Visits the James Turell Retrospective.
If I had to describe that game in one word, it'd be "terrifying."

I'm so stoked for Super Smash Bros., especially after all the stuff they announced. I am, however, disappointed the Wii U version will not have all the functionality that the 3DS version has (such as the mode analogous to City Trial from Kirby's Air Ride, a mode so awesome that it made a bad game fun to play.) Also, that they have different release dates. I'm pretty much gonna have to buy both now...

The wii u is going to have it's own game type, but its still in the works.

So, while we wait, I decided to get Naruto, Sasuke, and Tails into brawl!
Tails is now my best character, even though I can play a pretty mean Sasuke.
My brother, on the other hand, does a pretty good job at Naruto. Although the rasengan doesn't render until it hits, its still awesome to see my favorite anime characters in game.

Naruto and Sasuke are not video game characters. I'd love to see Tails, though. Not crossing my fingers, sadly.

It looks like Snake'll be coming back, which is cool!

I hope snake doesn't come back. He's way out of place in Smash.

Snake just is. No one else in the game is more powerful than him.
He can guide his missiles, plant traps, throw grenades. They basically tried to implement a shooter character into a fighter game.

Snake can camp out on the side, throw grenades and shoot missiles. When you confront him, he's quick to recover from his last attack, and he can easily take out 20% damage from the hit.

If it were me, I wouldn't allow any stereotypical shooter character into the battle.

Samus is a shooter character, but she was the first, so its fine.
No Snake!

Also, Sonic isn't out of place. His appearance was long over due, and I'm glad he's in.

With the addition of greninja and the popularity of mewtwo, i'm really suprised they didn't remove lucario.
Pleasantly suprised though. He's my main <3

I also wished there'd be less clones. IMO we don't need another character with an almost identical skillset. Let alone an identical appearance (looking at you, toon link). Just a waste of roster space.

Its too bad Smash Bros. 4 won't be released for the traditional wii. I don't think I'll get used to playing on a handheld console.

Toon link tends to be better really, he is faster and lighter so you can counter more. But then the normal link is more powerful with longer reach and higher weight.

There is only one thing that makes Tails like Sonic. Speed.
Other than that, Tails is his own fighter. Bombs, and electricity. Everywhere.

On Brawl, he is very O.P. He can throw bob-bombs at will, and his down B attack electrocutes the living carp out of your opponent.
His B attack freezes enemies in place for a second, but he rocks.

Maybe if they could make him less powerful, he could totally be in the game!

Snake being powerful doesn't make him "out of place," it just makes him poorly balanced.

And actually, Meta Knight is better than Snake in one-on-one, no-items Brawl.

Everyone's talking about Super Smash Bros. And the only one I've played is the first one. :( I can't relate to anything you guys are saying.

In a completely unrelated note, I started playing Clock Tower 3 yesterday. It's a lot... creepier than I imagined it would be. And more difficult too.

The first clock tower (not the SNES version, though that was still awesome) for the PSX was the scariest. The murderer in that one had everything a classical slasher villain needed and it sent shivers just playing it.

Considering that Metal Gear hasn't had a recent game released on a nintendo console, I think they shouldn't bring him back. Even his new game, thats only going to be for PS4 and XboxOne. Snake has got to go, IMO.

Does it have to be recent? Lots of characters haven't had recent games. Look at freaking Ice Climbers. Heck, look at Fox. :(

Also, there was The Twin Snakes.

Fox and Ice Climbers are nintendo, whereas Snake is a 3rd party character. If Metal Gear Solid chooses not to make any games for nintendo's consoles, nintendo shouldn't put him in their games.

It's the direct sequel from the SNES version. It pretty much mirrors what the SNES did, but the deaths, hauntings and music are bumped up thanks to the PSX rating system at the time. Also, you can play as two characters this time. What makes it unique is you still play as the hero from the SNES, but you can also play as her legal guardian, which makes it all the more chilling since you are suppose to be protecting the hero, but playing as her legal guardian suddenly changes the killer to chase her instead.

But they have made MG games for Nintendo consoles, and they don't refuse to do it currently. They just haven't recently.

Or having Charizard get exhausted.

I like this build of the character better, though I'll admit I liked Squirtle a lot.

Squirtle was useful for grabbing items and the smash ball. A bit limited In combat but hit and run tactics fix that.
