Joy: I've had a good break. Its been a nice little mental reset

Joy: It was a nice change of flying somewhere for a weekend. Should try doing so every other month or so.
Sorrow: Proper snowfall tonight means cramped metro and accidents on the roads tomorrow. And I'll probably be late again despite all of my attempts. The fact that today's estimated temperatures varies from 0C at midday to -10C in the morning/evening, I'm less than optimistic.

Joy: I got home from visiting family to find my Samsung Chromebook is back from repairs that I sent it in for.

Annoyance: Turns out they didn't do anything to it. Whoever got it was probably like "Oh, these speakers don't seem to be making any buzzing sound from 4 feet away" and never bothered to put his ear next to them. Ugh.

Samsung just lost some serious customer loyalty right there.

Sorrow: The Walking Dead mid-season finale. Hershel! D:

Sorrow: Back to school and work today....

Joy: driving lesson later.

Sorrow: More school....

A little Joy: Finally got the courage to come out to one of my friends. Well, not really "come out". Rather, he just kept bugging me with the same question again and again until I just gave up and told him. Still... it feels good to just tell him.

Thats good Shadow! How did they take it if I may ask?

Well... he took it okay. He actually knew it all along and was just waiting for me to confirm it. He's even happy that I was able to tell him.

Sorrow: Feeling are difficult to deal with...

Sorrow: a family friend of mine committed suicide last week and we have just been told. Our thoughts are with his family at this time. RIP Chris.

Little joy. Today I learned that I went to the same university as the Vice President of Mobile Content at NVIDIA. Cool.

Joy: Had an awesome Skype call with my friend.

Joy: I got my flashcards for my art history final made. I can actually study before the day of the exam now. : p
Joy: Just did the oral section of my german 101 final online. Think it went well.
Sorrow:It's late. Tomorrow's gonna come early and I need to work tomorrow night.

Joy: Got stuff to draw.

Small joy: Now I know where TinFoilHat's avatar come from :3

A little Joy: Our group project's finally done. Even though we didn't so well as we thought, at least it's finally over.
Another little Joy: I got to see some veeery nice eye candy.

Joy: Just unlocked Ludger and Elize's Dual Mystic Arte.
Sorrow: Still got 6 more Dual Mystic Artes to go....

Joy: Finished that drawing for ShadowLightning.

Joy: Got a few questions taken off from Higher Math exam for me, so now at least I have less to learn!
Sorrow: Physiology is cancelled for the second week in a row, and I need to turn in a lot of tasks to be even allowed to go to exams, not speaking of having some topics "automatically" counted as "passed"

Joy: Going to First Friday with my boyfriend this evening.
Joy: Gonna rock my Chemistry final this Tuesday!
Joy: Done with classes (just studying for two finals now) until January 7th!
Joy: Next semester I have class on T/Th, with a physics lab Wednesday nights. 18 credit hours, yeah! But I'll drop an general elective that I don't like by the drop period.

Sorrow: My drive to work had a bad pancreas yesterday. Didn't know she had a history with it. Hope she's ok. =(

Joy: She is. Whew! =)

Sorrow: I really am not in the mood to go to my dad's....

Joy: seeing some old friends in Birmingham today.
Sorrow: the 3+ hours travel which I've had to wake up ridiculously early for.

confusion: Ok, so, this should be a sorrow...but the sheer "What the heck" level makes me enjoy it. I was woken up this morning due to people in my block moving a massive bench from the nearest bar to outside our block. We were told nothing bad would happen if we moved it back...only most people who moved it either weren't at the meeting or didn't admit to it. So yeah, innocent me helped move it back...it's just so incredible what happened, I don't even think it was that annoying.

Sorrow: Stuck at my dad's with no PS3

Joy: I was able to 'reunite' with my old dormmates during their open house. It was really nice to get back and just have fun with them. It made me realize that they really were the first family I had when I moved out of town for college. Made me forget why I moved out of there, but I just had my reasons.

Visiting was nice, but I can never go back. It was a choice I made and i'm sticking to it.

Plus, the food was awesome! wish I could've joined the water-fight though.

Sorrow: Nothing to do but chat with people.

Sorrow: We had to put our cat, Cocoa, to sleep today She was 14 years old, and most of those were very good years.
Sorrow: I assume this means the neighbor cats will start taking over her old territory (our backyard)
