What will Pete’s punishment be?
I am personally hoping Pete finally gets his just desserts after the whole smash and grab in heaven thing. So any one have any ideas what his punishment should be?
I was personally thinking he should be cut off from most if not all his powers be stranded in Babylon gardens and be turned into some kind of animal to but not a dog maybe a cat or even a mouse.
But hey who knows maybe something worse any ideas?

Re: What will Pete’s punishment be?
I can see a few different punishments for Pete. 1. He just has to stay in jail for a while and nothing else (I think this is the least likely as its very blah) 2. He has to basically be Kings slave/servant or something along those lines to make up for stealing it 3. He has to Stay away from King and never bother him again in anyway. I see the Second or third being the most likely.
Re: What will Pete’s punishment be?
Yeah it'll definitely be something with King. Probably the third one.
Re: What will Pete’s punishment be?
His punishment will be watch "A troll in Central park" ten times in a roll.

He'll be stripped of his powers and given to Bino and Max's household as a parrot. He'd fit in PERFECTLY there.

Re: What will Pete’s punishment be?
I think he'll probably evade punishment. I can't see any punishment he deserves leaving him much room to operate as a character.
But then again, the cosmology of this universe is bizarre enough that you never know.

And Sabrina did say.
I think this apply's at least a moderate punishment.https://www.housepetscomic.com/2011/05/ ... too-soon/ And she’d be in as big of trouble as the gryphon if she even tried to touch it.

I more expect that he'll evade punishment like a Karma Houdini.

Re: What will Pete’s punishment be?
At first I thought you mean UN-punished as in the United Nations would punish him.PhoenixAsper wrote:Sorry, but if he goes UN-punished for this... -_-.
On further reflection, this would be effectively equivalent to being unpunished since the UN would deliver the ultimatum "Do not steal from heaven again or else we will be forced to consider sanctions!"
Anyway, I don't think Heaven has a prison (does Hell fall into that category?), so likely Pete will be sentenced to some sort of community service. He shall be forced to go out into the world and perform spontaneous acts of goodwill. Naturally, if these acts of goodwill are found to have ulterior motives, e.g. turning King into a dog, the sentence will be compounded.
Perhaps Pete will be sentenced to guardian angle duty for someone...

So there will be absolutely no consequences at all for him trying to steal a part of someones soul from Heaven? That would be really stupid.Foxstar wrote:He won't be.

No he's just saying that because he's particularly fond of birds
I'm sure the cold hand of science will be able to overcome his magical powers

Just in my opinion, I think getting caught by Cerberus like that might have been bad enough. I mean, she broke both of his wings even...

He will go to jail and remain there until he rolls doubles, or three turns have passed.

No but It's been done, and I would think king would not want to socialize with pete if he ever went back to the good old dog's club.

Re: What will Pete’s punishment be?
I don't know what type of punishment he should have but hopefully its a good one to make up for all his wrong-doings. However, it would be funny if he was forced to listen to the song Caramelldansen for the rest of eternity, and is forced to do the caramelldansen dance. Just kidding. But, it would be funny ...

Quick, someone animate it!
Well, arc's over and Pete didn't get punished. As far as we can see. I think it'll possibly come up later, though.

Re: What will Pete’s punishment be?
He's being heinously tortured by Cerberus off-screen. Clearly. It can't be done whilst on-screen or the comic wouldn't be PG anymore.

Actually Rick confirmed it will come up later (as the beginning of an arc) at the end of the Arc topic.Sleet wrote:Quick, someone animate it!

If it's long enough it may be 'time served'. If dog heaven is much more lenient about letting folks in then it might be also more lenient in its sentencing.

Re: What will Pete’s punishment be?
That is of course assuming that Dog Heaven even does the punishment them selves, there maybe some sort of special court that is higher then all the Heavens that would Deal out punishment. Plus Kitsune might give him even further punishment after that for all we know.Indagare wrote:If it's long enough it may be 'time served'. Re: What will Pete’s punishment be?
In a random pet store in babylon gardens, King walks by a parrot cage.
"Sqawk! HEY KING, GET ME OUTA HERE! IT'S ME PETE! SQUAWK!" the parot says.
King grins.

Re: What will Pete’s punishment be?
Well I think the only way he could possibly escape punishment at this point is to break out of prison (or where ever he is being held) which would make playing the U&U game almost impossible for him because I'm sure Heaven would go after him. Also assuming Heaven has similar laws to Earth if Kitsune and Dragon let him play the game without giving him up they might get in trouble for not turning him in or something like that, of course that is just an assumption on my part. I just don't see him getting away with this for long, if at all.exranio wrote:Well theres a difference between going unpunished and escaping punishment.

Re: What will Pete’s punishment be?
Well the way the game is played seems very strange. as if they don't actually need to be at the table or talk to eachother much. Secondly I don't imagine he'd have the hardest time escaping jail and hiding from the law. Unless they send Metatron on him or something.

I think his punishment should be to be beaten by Cerb
What will Pete’s punishment be? Nothing for Now.
I dont know whon things works here.
But I had a overdose of the site "TV Tropes", and I will try to dicover the future...
I watched various long runners and novels, and its always the same thing. Nothing that happen to a villain, will stop he from attacking the hero again, (Like Inu Yasha), at least until the last episode. Or, until a next villain evem more powerfull show up... (Like Digimon)
And the worst? When we are near the ending the villains, (Mainly Novels and Books) take a boost in evilness, they became worst than ever. They "Kick the dog" all the time and "Cross the Moral Event Horizon".
And then the creator kills then.
