Liked seeing how Fido caught his foot. I also really liked how the first panel was drawn and the way the other two panels go afterwards, but I got confused on the fourth panel. I know it's him looking back at Fido, but it almost looks like Jata was looking infront of him rather than behind him.

Please tell me I wasn't the only one who googled cornhole. :D

Feeling optimistic about my future prediction:

Fido and Jata have to play cornhole to determine who leaves with Sabrina!
Simple, yet extremely challenging. AND a much better way to settle differences.
Quite far-fetched, but in Rick Griffin's world, anything can and will happen.
Personally I wanna see em fight, but who knows?
Cornhole could be an Olympic sport in Feraga.

Best Karishad expression ever, you ain't gonna stop that fox from getting you to play cornhole. I think Kari looks cute when he is happy, as he is one of my favorite characters.

Also loved how fido caught Jata's leg, when he was probably briging it down with full force. To me that makes Fido pretty strong, so I still wonder who will win this fight.

My first google search turned up some......interesting results...
Had to tack the word "game" on the end to finally get somewheres....
But yeah. Seems like an appropriate game to play at a wedding. :P

Man, I know I'm a stupidly huge fan of One Piece, but this comic really reminds me a lot to the fight between Luffy vs Rob Lucci. It must be the kick, probably (and the fact that the opponent is a huge anthropomorphic leopard). Or the "catch" (and now I say the next scene is a punch in his torso).

Hehe Karishad can be so funny and creepy at once. This makes me wonder whose side is he playing for? Or he has his own side? XD

Dude. Hush. Legit martial arts that you would use for self defense in a practical situation aren't commonly shown in fight scenes for a reason - it's not nearly as exciting to see. Suspend your disbelief a bit. =P

I have to say I didn't expect Fido to be able to take on a full on blow like and block most of it. i guess in his panic to be honorable he forgot his police training.. if they do teach paw to paw combat. I have to say i do like Jata for what is going on but now that kari is around. yea things will take a very interesting turn for more of the funny.

A game of cornhole is payment enough for Karishad! It's so hard to find willing participants.

I hope Fido wins this, though I wonder how the Sandvich Pets and Tarot will react if Fido loses...

I registered because, quite frankly, this arc has me in love with the comic more than ever.

I love martial arts, and I've done a lot of the stuff that Fido likely would have learned as a police dog. The bit in panel four looks like a leg lock of some kind. He's pushing his hips forward and using Jata's knee (approximately) as a fulcrum in a direction opposite the way it's supposed to go (AKA snapping it like a twig.) My thoughts are that he's going to basically show Jata why police dogs are effective against big, strong fellers like himself.

Still, happy to be here and happy to have an awesome comic series to enjoy. (More King and Bailey! <w<)
