Now under the rule of the Cub Scout Leader,
Bino continues to try and show his worth;
hunting and searching by his nose alone,
showing why Fido's twice his worth.
The fellow's been hunting for three hours
through the grass,trees, houses and bins;
playing the ultimate game of Blind Pup's bluff
and hoping that the time of Bino soon begins.
The time when he rules the dogs high,
the time when he demands the power;
the time when, as Duchess' minion,
he makes the laws for that shower.

I think it's funny how supportive Rodney still is even after he's been waiting for three hours...
But hey, maybe Bino has a stuffy nose, I mean, there is snow everywhere, I'm sure Bino can't be THAT bad with his Binose!

So Rodney just casually stood there in the exact same spot for three hours.
It looks like it even snowed a bit in that time as the roots of the background tree are later covered in a large pile of snow were as before they were visible, even the distant trees are covered in more snow.

Rodney's wit is almost as strong as Karishad's.

At least he found the scent again. That counts for something, right? Also, are Bino's claws out in the last panel? Never seen that before!

To be fair, after wandering around for three hours blindfolded, you're not going to be able to tell if it's the original of the second one.

So Bino has failed two of the three tests, it seems like he would be a great wolf.
And why is he doing this, Duchess wanted to take down the Dogs Club, how does failing to be a wolf help that plan.

The twist is, there was only one cloth.

So, was the goal of this test to follow a trail or to pick up the scent on the wind?

I can't say what Bino's strategy will be, but I pretty sure that it won't end with a snuggle.

To be fair, Fido said that they were having him catalogue all the smells in the neighborhood. Not that he was actually good at it.

Cute and funny one. Bino's nose is no more the one of the youth... Indeed, a puppy could do that, not him. The middle panels speak by themself, and he's cheating, too. This means that the second test failed, and that's bad, but Rodney seems to still give you a chance to try again. What a great troll.

Loving Rodney's positive outlook here. So close, yet so far, Bino.

We don't know how Miles is grading Bino. He could have passed the first test. Even if he didn't, he didn't fail the second one yet.

Hey! That's something they have in common. Both have been hit in the FACE by a member of the Milton family! (Though, arguably, Bailey wasn't married to her King when she FACE'd Bino.)

Bino is getting a little too cocky, but at least he's trying!

Well since she is married to King, it matters now. Maybe King should tell him her weakness.
