Probably doing their day-to-day stuff at the zoo. They are like every other character and only come up every now and then. With such a large cast, it is bound to happen. I bet they will make an appearance soon though. Maybe this arc, who knows with a fair in it!

Well, to keep things on topic, the Roo's seem to get dumped into doing things the don't really want to be doing.

Well, they're busy being petted now at the fair. I love these two and hope they get an arc of their own someday

Well I wouldn't be surprised if the ferrets have something to do with how nice the living conditions are at the zoo.
Or maybe that's just Rick trying to make the HP! universe less cruel. A realistic zoo would probably be complete cruelty in the universe, so he gave them luxuries!
