Marvin probably never seen Tiger take a deep breath before to eat something. It's more of a compliment. That, or he thinks Tiger stuffs food down all at once. In that case, he's berating him. X3

Nice, this contest is pretty like a real lunch with different dishes, for Tiger's joy, I guess. Looks like he's going well and promises good. I'm sorry for you, the other Daryl, but the lunch isn't still over. Shame, Truck lost. Oh well, Falstaff is really the mind of the duo... The digestion doesn't work that way, and now there shouldn't be left food in his stomach, poor Truck. I don't want imagine what's beyond that fence...

When someone is "inhaling" food, it means they're eating so fast that it looks like they're just breathing it in. Marvin hopes that Tiger is not actually inhaling the food, because then he's filling his lungs instead of his stomach.
