Bino looks adorable in the third panel.

So, Fox is there to ask questions to everybody about Sasha, right ?

It's not like it's not hard to injure him... I guess maybe he just doesn't respond to punishment anymore.
His premiership is sponsored and propped up by Duchess and Boris.

Fox faces his fears.
It's about to come down about his ears
as he faces his peers.

Once a 'good old boy';
now standing as part of a heroic ploy.
No longer Bino's toy.

Drawing applause
from a dozen or more, most bored, paws
as he comes with a clause.

Only a query
can indulge these, truly weary,
of Bino's theory.

Is he welcome?
Listen to the guys
The Old Boy's home.
Raised to the skies.

I'm surprised the club is still going on now that Bino is in charge.

Wow, Fox is like Fido now! Maybe if Bino just went to the academy the others would at least sort of respect him... But he'd probably get kicked out, again...

Bino is starting to catch on that the applause isn't for him?

Huh, you CAN teach an old dog new tricks...

I could see King in the crowd standing up and saying: "And now we present you the new leader of the Good Ol' Dogs Club: Fox Lindberg!"

Is King actually a member of the Club and goes to the meetings?

anyone else notice the Bino double in the crowd on the first panel? Bino's so boring he's boring his own future self... or it's just a similar breed.

Edit: unless that's Joey, but I don't think it looks like him?

No that dog really does look like Bino. Joey looks a bit different.

I like how Fox is treated like a celebrity, but that is because either he was really popular in the club or they know how to treat someone from the K9 unit with respect.
I really know wonder how cooperative Bino will be for the search of Sasha, think about how much he was willing to help to find Zach. Maybe Fox will give Bino a good speech about helping and being selfless and all, since Bino could need it if he wants to run the club.

Either everyone at the club likes Fox or likes the K9 unit still.

Bino needs to improve his filibuster technique if he wants cheers like that.

Fox is the only (ex) club member who could freely injure Bino. That alone must make him quite popular

Huh? I understood that as a special rule by which anyone hurting him was allowed, not just fox.

Fox's face looks like a cartoon character from the good old days -kind of between the 1920s and 1950s- trolling his unsuspecting victim by standing right behind -or beside- him.

Ya think maybe they're cheering in part because they're hoping Bino is going to be arrested again?

"TAKE HIM AWAY, TAKE HIM AWAY! PLEEEEEEASE!"

At any rate, looks like Fox won't have to much difficulty asking those here what they know about Sasha.

I'm starting to see Bino with similarities to Scar from the Lion King if the good old houseclub was the pridelands. although ALOT more silly. How does Bino keep getting fuel for thinking he is the perfect leader for the club?

"If reveling in my greatness doesn't get the good ol' dogs back i don't know what will!" - said before every desperado before help arrives. :3

You know, I think the club must have lost most of its members after fox and Fido left and Bino took over. I don't recognize any of the dogs in that audience. At first i thought the one might be daisy but the image is too unclear.

How did he take over anyway? Is the club Oligarchical because i just cant see him winning an election and if he stuffed the boxes it would be pretty obvious with so few members.

I have a feeling Bino is going to do something stupid, and join Boris in the hospital.

Fox is adorable in the last frame.

Wow, Bino's discourse is really boring... :| But who cares about you and your bear! We want the free buffet! I can't blame the public for their protests and yawns. :P Cool, now Fox is a celebrity like Fido! :D Or maybe, simply the other dogs acclaim any K9 agent. ;) Eheh, just turn back your head, Bino, and you'll know the truth. :P I expect a difficult talking between them, but for Fox would be enough seek for Sasha presence in the room.
Anyway, Bino is so cute in the third panel, and Fox is too in the fourth one. :)

It's more than just a Bino double. It's this "Beano" we've been hearing about!

Not a chance. Bino made quite the first impression on King and their later run-ins certainly didn't help.

I noticed it, too, even in the exterior scenes. I think Rick might be going for a more "noir" look for this arc.

For some reason I hope in the next strip Fox will do some shenanigans behind Bino's back, without Bino noticing it.
Mungo could also join, just to add for the fun factor

Bino is co-founder with Fido. Thus when Fido was at the academy he became the de facto leader and retains the position probably because no one else really cares enough to take over :P

Anyone else expecting the cartoony reaction of Bino turning his head (Fox darts to the other side) and sees nothing, Bino turns his head the other way (Fox darts back) two or three times before Bino turns and actually sees Fox?

These were the kind of shenanigans I was talking about. Speaking of wedgie, wouldn't yanking his tail kinda be the same :?:
