I kind of feel bad for Thomas, even if he was kind of a jerk. Oh, well maybe we will have something like King were he ends up find love, joy, peace and all that good stuff.

Why didn't Keene mention the treasure was unspendable to Sabrina at the End Of Year Nine? Thomas was quick to confront someone about his camelness. I wonder if he'll be like King and try to hide his former-human past from most people.

we don't know how long he's been working against the ferrets, and he was chosen as their steward specifically for his name. Maybe he changed his name so he'd be chosen.

Keene does know the curse only applies to humans right? "No human hands can touch it"? It was basically made for the ferrets to use.

Day of reckoning for the accountant. Be interesting, though, to see what the ferrets do now that their access to the Milton Trillions is unrestrained. Maybe Jeeves also does sums.

Friday, Thomas and Sophia are in the zoo together.

Neither did King at first, he was origionally tricked into agreeing to Pete's terms retroactively, which kitsune put an end to.

It still would be difficult to use. Keene can touch it sure, but gold isn't useful as a currency in and of itself, it needs to be sold at an exchange...which is run by humans.

They're domesticated but harder to handle than horses, and they're not ordinarily found as farm animals outside a limited range. So they're not seen as pets or working animals by 'οἱ πολλοί.

Possible awkward future moment when Thomas, having be restored earlier, returns to the zoo for a visit and a young camel runs up to the fence and excitedly greets her Daddy. The looks on the faces of the other humans would be worth it alone.

I can't see it working smoothly into any story line. At best a Storyboard one shot.

Just dawned on me today, but it's funny to think that Milton tested this theory on one of the humans before passing away ~ then we learn it was Milton himself that tested it. He just got the lucky draw that he, infact, became a ferret.

That, or Keene tested it on someone and this secret test subject has been running around all this time amongst the pets.

Seeing all the events he's gone through in the temple , i don't think Thomas got enough time to do "it" with Sofia
