And the owner gets to the bribe
that warns of the lack of morals.
Shoddy security beset the land
as he rested upon his laurels.
There are those can be bought
and those that can be quietened;
just like there’s those can be taught
and those that can just be frightened.
They’re in for a ride, this mad crew -
and they’re clearly up for a lark -
but what are the others doing
as they wait to enter the Park?

“I’m rich, that means I can get away with anything”

Yeah pretty accurate

Starting to think Grape is taking Keene's role very seriously =P

Love this arc every day it comes out. Keep it coming, Rick! <3

Grape eating an ice cream sandwich surprised me. My pets try snacking on those, but aren't those bad? X3

Between Grape and Peanut babysitting without permission and now raiding the fridge, the Sandwich parents aren't going to be very happy.

That line should be a bumper sticker.

Makes me want to play the Lego Jurassic World game again (and get an ice cream sandwich).

It makes me want to play Jurassic World Evolution again.

Not a lot to say about this one, though Grape is pretty adorable here. I suspect a final scene is going to be about the wiped out fridge.

As one who's not bothered seeing any of the flicks, I find this most silly.

It's only going to get worse when they get to the scene where Tim and Lex are going to town on ice cream and jello.

Hang on. Just yesterday I saw something on YouTube about '10 scenes you didn't realise were important'. One of them is 'Dickie' Attenborough's character speaking with the female lead over Ice Cream which, he said, they were having because the cold store was off-line (or some such). It's why the cold store door is open for the kids to trap a raptor in there at the end. Is someone destined to be 'fridged'? Is the fridge itself doomed?

But hey, that's just a theory... A HOUSEPETS THEORY!

Somehow, an innocent kitchen appliance is always the victim in one of these "Imaginates"..... :(

OMG, this story is all a matter of be jerk and do corruptions, caring only the own interests by building something really dangerous... So, the character played by Grape can open the park just because money can do that, in all the senses. Nothing really new here. :P Again, great reciting by Olive! :D

Always lovely to see Grape grinning like that in a comic strip since it seems to be a rare occurrence when we do end up seeing her. I like it especially right here and how it fits because it makes her look very mischievously like the movie character who wants people to come to his island and has no regard for any safety.

I hope we see Ace later in this arc. Paper bag hats provide the perfect situation for her to be fully awake and still not have her eyes visible. Speaking of visible eyes, is it just me or is Olive staring at Grape's but in the first panel?

I like to imagine that Rick is going to like coming up with creative ways to not show her face, like the neighbor in Home Improvement.

What is interesting about that though is that during the series finale curtain call of the show, the audience DID get to see Wilson's full face unobscured but I'm pretty sure that was the only time that it happened and it was never on the show itself. His face was always obscured in some way and if it wasn't the top half that was the only part seen it was the bottom half. That was sort of a gag that they thought was funny. It was based on Tim Allen growing up and how he saw a neighbor.

What is really depressing though now that I had to look that up is that Wilson's actor died a few years after the series ended. Finding that out really makes me feel sad. He was 61. Died of lung cancer and he was so young. Not sure he did anything else after Home Improvement though.
