and her reaction when he upset her.

When all she knows are, like, friends and brothers?

Max here met the mighty hook of cat love,
a velvet fist that needs no Iron glove.
King looks upon the remains with some awe;

I think Max is just worried Grape is trying to surprise him. I can see Max being a worry-wart.

You know, I think Max is a cat version of King. And having found out about Grape's and Peanut's relationship he might be a bit nervous. His question was a bit gauche, but I don't think that Grape should be attacking the cleanup crew, save that for later they have a big enough mess on their hands.

Just got to love it when physical comedy involves a girlfriend injuring a boyfriend in some way when if it was the other way around it wouldn't be accepted. Though that isn't why I don't feel this strip. I'm sick of somebody attacking someone being used as a comedy bit.

Well it has been established that this is something that Grape does; and what Max said was pretty stupid so I think it was warranted.

Sorry but relationship violence is never warranted. That is the one thing in this strip that bugs me is physical abuse for humor. I like the comic but this was a low point for me. If it was the other way around I'm sure people would be thinking differently if Max did it to Grape. That is just my opinion and I am sticking with it. With that I think its a good idea to end this conversation.

You are right I don't get to declare it down after my opinion is known and I am sorry that it came off like that. I should have said "I think we need to stop because this could violate the rules" instead of just shutting it down. That is the reason why I wanted to stop talking about it because I don't want to get in trouble.

I've always been curious what Grape's true pregnancy crave would be because of her eating habits. Ice cream just seems to hit home because of this arc, but i'm expecting either dog treats or something completely off the wall. Like horse meat.
