Frederick turns to mighty Spot
(Superdog) as Val writes the plot
as a story of pure reform
or revenge, depending on form,
reminds us of Rick’s style and charm.
Taking tea with this issues foe
gives Spot an emotional glow.
Will he be betrayed by hope?
Clobbered like some humongous dope?
Will the hero now buy the farm?
Now Peanut draws like he can see;
his art is all that it can be.
His style is so ingrained right now.
(this is for those who’re asking how
his ‘blind’ art doesn’t cause alarm.)

Ok, these two are so weird... They can't really trust each other, but still force themselves to say that and meet friendly, even for a tea. They can't even realize to be those who work as journalists. Jim-Jim got the best against Spot, though. That way to write comics can't work for long as unpredictable, Peanut and Grape.
I got confused too by this strip, it didn't look like a guest comic. Very nice work, Valerio and Federick.

This dude leterally did a perfect job recreating Rick's art style. I legit couldn't tell it was a fan comic.
Me neither at first...

The Cyborg in the Doghouse of Solitude?
Well, at least he's brought his snark and 'tude,
Can it be? Is it really him?
Is the Cyborg what became of Jim-Jim?
And then the betrayal at the end,
As Peanut shows Spot has no friend,
And he writes a tale too shocking to resist-
The Cyborg's evil! What a twist!
You're a wonderful person! You can do this! Yes, you, person reading this!
