It’s not reality he wants to change

He wants to show that, bad as life is,
Heaven’s truly... rhymes with it.
He doesn’t get the idea of Love
and friendship and wanting to be a hero;
when doing the right thing
reduces all your choices to zero.
He didn’t want them to be there,
watching him fight his desperate stand.
And, whilst kits seek their mannas,
Euodant’s game won’t go as planned.

The fangs are a nice touch, though - nothing says seriously wicked like massive incisors.

I doubt Tarot can fix this, but something tells me this is going to be one of those "Talk the monster" scenarios.

It's sorta like "Keep As Is".

Eudoant sounds to be pretty right by saying so, but you know, those illusions can help a lot mortals' lives and minds, they make them lighter to bear... But, I would doubt to those apparent accusations against Great Kitsune's way to operate in the Heaven... He treated worse his other demigod friends, more or less deserved, with their game with some mortals' lives. So, as seems, that's what Eudoant wants to do with the mana: just make mortals open a little more their eyes leaving them live a miserable life...

If he did manage to do that it wouldn't be long before anarchy ends up descending over the Earth. With that comes lawlessness which means people and pets can do ANYTHING and they wouldn't care.

If Kitsune stalls for long enough, I have a feeling we’ll be seeing Pete and Dragon again with the help of some mana. Me personally, I hope this is Kix’s time to shine.

I would also like it if this ended up being Kix's time to shine also. Its about time to see what else she can do!

Personally I'm waiting to see if the original cast plays any part in the finale of their comic.

It's not the finale, just the last long storyline.

True, Welsh, but I would'nta minded seein' a few old friends somewhere along the story line ... but let's not rush the narrative, eh?

We may end up seeing them again but in some short storylines that Rick plans on telling. All we can do is wait and see.

And interesting point that Eudoant. From the perspective of mortals, it can been seen in this light that we who are bound by our mortal coils, who suffer, beaten and subjects to discord. Having our hope tested till we are drained, then given incentives to keep the right path in the 'hope' the reward given is joy of our own desires. Whether if that be peace of mind, 'infinite power' or just the treasure both material or immaterial, when the veil is slowly removed and we are subject to more truths of the world, backed by facts, the promise crumbles and one is left staring into the abyss asking why to continue to hope?

Though a man once said. Hope without action is just wishful thinking. So the belief that there is no hope is based on the idea that nothing can be done. But my Templar brothers and sisters something can be done! So when the darkness come you must steel your resolve and give hope through actio-- whoops had a moment there. so yea can't wait to see what happens.
