I didn't think so many people were...you know...not straight...It's kind of a shock...

It took me over a week to get over myself when I found out...that guy (not sure if I should mention his name or not)...was gay. I thought I got over the entire thing...but now those exact same feelings have intensified over the entire forum now...even though they shouldn't.

XD I'm afraid you'll have to get used to that. About 80% of the furry fandom is gay, and according to the poll in Not The Comic, about 70% of the forum is furry. I'd guess (I refuse to use the word guesstimate!) that just under half of the forum is gay? But that's sorta off topic.

Ahem; Despite being a furry, I wouldn't say I have a crush on any characters in HP. They're too... cute. I imagine most of them being like children, particularly Peanut and Grape, so it feels a little weird to imagine them in that way. Well, for me anyhow.

1.) That is way higher than what any reputable (or at least as reputable as you can get) poll has said. The closest thing to a fair poll there is would say 40% are completely straight (and only 20% completely gay), and the most likely sampling bias in that poll would suggest that the true proportion is likely to be higher than 40%, not lower.
2.) p(A∩B) = p(A)*p(B) only if A and B are independent. Which they're not in this case, so that math doesn't apply here.
3.) There's off-topic, and then there's this off-topic. This is very likely going to get closed if the topic doesn't change back immediately.
