that depends on a few things. First the GM has to see it (I hear you applied to applegate, but I wasn't online at all yesterday).
Then we either approve it (and give 24 hours for other players to make any objections to the character) or make suggestions on what we want changed before accepting it, then repeat these two steps until you're approved with not objections, or you stop trying

so about 2-3 days maybe?
