hehehehe....... I get it.......
On the topic of snow, I was at my friends house the night that it started snowing around here. It was his birthday, so one or two of his friends and I had a party in his basement. Believe it or not, I spent most of the night wood working in the work shop section of his basement listening to rubber soul while every one else was watching the awsome movies that i brought over) At about 4 in the morning, as i finished setting the wood glue on my project, one other kid and his brother who came to party woke up and we walked out side to find it just beginning to snow. And yes, at 4 am during the beginning of a snow storm in NJ it was cold. My friends nose actually began gussing blood later that morning when enough snow had come down that we had a vicious snow ball fight. I also remember falling asleep in the snow and getting buried cause like i said, i stayed up all night sawing an hammering. That was a fun day. lots of injuries. When my friend's blood got all over the snow, I made a joke about the movie Fargo but no one got it... you know, guy gets shot , snow around him blood stained- no?Okay...

Me too! Was that confined to south west jersey where I am or did it cover the coast too? The snow in my town was almost two feet deep! Then rain washed it all away
VERY SORRY ABOUT THE DOUBLE POST I don't know how to have two quotes in one response

wow. never thought that the coast could get that much snow at all.
now if only i had a picture of me chucking a snowball directly at my friend's brother's face and my other friend stumbling around in the background with blood all over his face and neck... like i said, fun, fun day.

so wait... there is a chat thread here? interesting.
There is! When the rules about off-topicness (which are unfortunately ignored sometimes) came in this topic was made in order to not have to be off-topic. That is, where people can talk about whatever. Of course, it's different to spam, since the idea of this topic was that people would talk, not say absolutely anything they wanted to increase their post count.
That is to say, this looks like a pointless topic, but it's not really - it's to avoid people having to make actually pointless topics that would die in a few days, like has happened quite a lot of times in Not The Comic lately. Instead of making a whole new topic about adjectives, they can start off a discussion by posting in here. You know what I mean?
Nunday was the proposed follow up to Caturday, to take place on Sunday. The idea is that people would post captioned pictures of nuns, but unfortunately the internet doesn't love nuns as much as it loves cats. So, it fell into obscurity.
Or at least that is what I have gathered in the past from lurking.
this is true, but nuns are the opposites of cats. nuns care very much about living things and are selfless. cats are selfish and kill for fun. cats are f***** up like the internet users are, so therefore they love cats.
