Thats what people say I do when I show them stuff I drew.
And yes, that's probably it.

Front page seems to be experiencing some DNS problems; I can navigate to the latest comic through the calendar, but the front page keeps loading the "pet food" strip.
i can't believe so many of you have eaten pet food seriously

And we don't believe, that you have never tried this stuff))
Wasn't you ever interested in what your pet have to eat?
p.s. loudhawaiianshirt, change your avatar, please, I can't look at this one))
I'm from Russia, so please, don't pay attention to my terrible accent See me on DeviantArt.
You know, most of the food that is sold is made for the pet to like it. Cat food is made for cats to like it... and dog food for dogs. Even if you don't like it...

exactly! Although cats and dogs always seem much more interested in whatever humans are eating. If we switched foods with our pets, they'd probablly want to eat our food which is really theirs. REVERSEPSYCHOLOGY GO!

wow... that should be like a project for some psychology students or something. im sure it can add a lot to the field of pet psychology.
*sigh* Grape, Grape, stomping on small animals again? Learned we nothing since the Mouse Revolution of October '08?
It's that darned food chain, always getting in the way.

Hmm...nope, it still isn't working. I just even tried clearing all my history, cookies, cache and everything...still putting me at the food one. To get to the latest comic, I go anywhere but the main page (comments, another comic, etc.) and then hit the last button, which takes me to the newest comic.
Speaking of which: Feather Fingers for the win. Though I wonder how many people are going think that the bird is anthropomorphic? Silly people.

well that sounds sorta arrogant on people's parts. how do we know what they like?
in other news, this current comic is brilliant and i am so in love with it i am going to ask if it wants to be my domestic partner.
James while John had had had had had had had had had had had a better effect on the teacher.
I love how much difficulty everyone had understanding the last comic.
Besides Monty Python, I find I really don't like poultry unless it's cooked in copious amounts of spices and/or liquids, i.e. curries or pasta sauces.
Obviously cats do not share this view

if not, never mind.
Yes, chickens are birds. So are turkeys, quails, pigeons, ducks... has anyone eaten an emu? I have has emu meatballs before. That's another bird I've eaten...
I eat eggs. that's like eating the god's gift of birds.
Dear god, i'm a monster!
On a side note, I find it amusing also that Maxwell tried to get dibs on a dead bird that Grape crushed. I take it that even in a cat society, even their prey is fought for regardless who it is. you have to give Max some guts though for trying it with Grape <3
but i also think he should've just given it to Grape just to improve his chances in a more human-like fashion =P
Alex wrote:I knew Grape is mean, but I didn't know she's so mean that she'll try to kill a injured, innocent bird just to look cool in front of her boyfriend.
Go Grape !
And have dibs on it at the same time!
Anyway, This made me chuckle a bit...Woo! for Grapes meanness.
This strip reminds me of many a scene from Monty Python's Holy Grail. Ahhh, cool indifference to the sanctity of life, have you no end to your comedic value?

I might have to flush what's left of the cache manually, but since the move I don't have direct FTP access, so that will have to wait too
I'm sure the cold hand of science will be able to overcome his magical powers

I felt special for noticing within milliseconds.
I did! I have the entire collection of Calvin and Hobbes and have read each one several times!
Talk about a good parody, though--somehow, you'd think Calvin and Hobbes would do that kind of thing itself but now that I think about it, it probably wouldn't. Not quite in the same way.
There are a lot of subtleties to different comic artists' styles, aren't there?
"Not dead yet! Feeling much better!" Ah, they had me rolling in the aisles. For some reason, Monty Python is just better humor than most others I have experienced. No idea why... Perhaps because they were better?
And, YES. I recognized Calvin and Hobbes immediately! I liked that strip inparticular.
*WARNING* This product contains A.D.H.D. and is therefore liable to suddenly lose interest in what he's saying, stare into space for unknown amounts of time, and point at random objects shouting, "Look, a chicken!" when there is no chicken.

lol, yeah, not until a couple of hours after I posted that. I thought about coming back to edit it, to explain my oversight, but meh.

It is a sort of running gag in their movie, Monty Python and the Holy Grail. There was the old man in the beginning of the movie, when they were collecting plague victims on the cart. Then their was the singing prince from the swamp castle, and Lancelot's squire after getting shot by said prince's arrow. And their was the prince's soon to be father in law that Lancelot almost killed. I think that's all of them. Probably not though.
