Oooooohhhhhh, It's short. BUT I'm think of adding ANOTHER update today!

Chapter 6 Part 3

DAYS ON EARTH: 1
"Ouch!" Streak said as his ears laid back slightly.

Midnight and Streak were both sitting on Midnight's bed. Streak had his legs hanging off the edge of the bed and Midnight was sitting right behind him.

"Well, stay still." She said, moving his head to face the wall. She had a pair of small scissors and was cutting his head fur.

"I -am-." Streak said sarcastically.

Midnight wasn't trying to give him a professional groom, but was simply trying to get rid of the large amounts of fur on his head. It had grown a lot. She slipped her fingers through his fur and raised the scissors up to cut it, to make it even with the rest of the fur.

At the last second Streak looked down at his wristband that he was fiddling with. Midnight sighed and nuzzled the back of his head.

"You're hopeless." She mumbled. Streak lifted his head with a smirk.

"Sorry, Mid. I'll cooperate now." Midnight looked up, smiled, and she kissed the back of his head. "Good boy." She whispered quietly.

Streak smiled slightly, with a faint purple blush. Midnight once again ran her paw through Streak's head fur and clipped a little bit off.

"So," Midnight started. "Peanut and Grape are staying at their place?"

Streak nodded, forgetting what Midnight was doing. Midnight sighed and straightened his head to face the wall again.

"Ever been there?" She asked tilting her own head. "Um, yeah, you could say that..." Streak replied smiling to himself.

"Mm." Midnight clipped some more of the fur then scooted back a few inches.

"There." She said smiling. Streak turned around to face her. He was also smiling.

"Aww, you look beautiful." Midnight said snickering. Streak couldn't help but let out a small chuckle.

"Thanks, I guess." Streak hopped off the bed and exited the room with Midnight following close behind. Streak leaned against the back of the couch after Midnight sat on it.

Streak yawned and looked around. Seconds of silence passed quickly. "I'm thinking of going on a walk." Streak said looking at Midnight. "I might do some ET hunting."

Midnight rolled her eyes. "ET hunting?"

"Yeah. It's what I call fun. Basically you go out and try to find the most alien substances in your area. Most of the time its just dust that fell of an asteroid, though." Streak smiled as she yawned. "Why don't you go knock yourself out." Midnight said curling up on the couch.

"I'll be back iiiiinnnn-" Streak looked down at his wristband. "A few hours."

Midnight smiled and nodded after closing her eyes, getting ready for a nice catnap. Streak smiled and walked over to her. He patted her head, then walked out the door.

I like it. Streak is finally getting a haircut. But she should have cut off his red streak!

It is nice when two characters are just hanging out.

Second update. A bit small and it may contain major spelling errors.

Chapter 6 Part 4

DAYS ON EARTH: 1...Still.
Streak smiled as he walked down the sidewalk. There was not breeze. A good day for a walk, actually.

He passed many houses, trees, and other pets. Although all that he passed, he didn't pay attention to any of the details anywhere. He lifted the wrist that had his wristband on it and pressed a button.

A small beep came from the band and he smiled.

"Wow," He said to himself. "A huge reading from one of the houses around here..."

He continued walking forward keeping his eyes on his wristband. But, of course, since he wasn't looking he bumped into a dog.

It was a brown dog, who looked much like Peanut. But it was so obvious that he wasn't. Streak couldn't put his finger on it...He was just different.

He went by the name of Bino.

"Hey! Watch were you step, cat!" Bino said rudely.

"Oh, sorry." Streak started.

Bino looked across the black cat in front of him. "Whatever." Bino glanced at Streak's red stripe as he started to walk away. The second he saw the crimson color a flash of memory jolted into his mind...

Bino had seen Streak before...Hanging around a few of the houses...Peanut's! He had seen him around Peanut's house. He must have been a friend of Peanut's...He started to wonder if maybe, just maybe this cat knew about some of Peanut's secrets...Like, what he is doing most of the time in his house and where he keeps his binder with all his little "Spot, the superdog" comics. If he had that he could do a lot of damage...(Hint, Hint.)

...Bino quickly turned back to Streak who had just taken a few steps away.

"Hey, cat!" Bino yelled back at him. Streak turned around, not looking very amused.

"This 'cat' has a name, you know." Streak said with a sigh.

Bino, trying to act nice, said: "Oh, yes, forgive me. What might that name be?"

Streak raised an eyebrow. "Um, Streak. And you are?"

"Bino. Call me Bino. Sooooo, Streak. I haven't seen you around. You new in town."

"I...Guess."

"So, you don't know very many folks around here?"

Streak stared at him confused. "Um, well, I know Peanut and Grape. Oh and Midnight. She's uh...I guess she's my girlfriend?"

Bino nodded. "I know Mid. She's pretty cool, I guess. A little short...And scruffy. And skinny. And carries the smell of a street cat. And her ear ring makes her look ugly."

Streak sigh, obviously angry. "Look, 'Bino'. You're pickin' the wrong fight."

Bino chuckled. "I bet I could beat you."

Streak stood there silent for a few seconds. He was right. Streak -could- take Bino in a fight. And he just did. All it took was one quick blow to the stomach.

Chapter 6 Part 5

DAYS ON EARTH: 1
"Idiot!" Bino yelled at Streak. Streak smirked a little and started to walk toward the house that was shown on his wristband.

"Oh, you can't get away that fast!" Bino said as he slowly sat up.

"I don't want to fight." Streak said still walking.

"Then you shouldn't have punched me!" Bino dashed toward Streak.

Streak heard his foot steps and he stopped. Bino jumped at Streak ready to tackle him. Streak ducked and slid under Bino. Bino face planted on the concrete.

Streak sighed. "Now look at what you've gone and done."

Bino growled loudly. "I'll get you, you fluffy little-"

"See yah later, pup." Streak interrupted. He looked down at his wristband trying to figure out where his band was leading him.

Bino jumped up but Streak continued walking. Bino sighed. "Oh I'll get you! Stupid little cat...." Streak shook his head.

Streak walked for about ten more minutes until he passed Peanut's house. Streak didn't notice, but Peanut snuck out from the back and to Streak.

Streak didn't notice him, so Peanut easily jumped out in front of Streak.

"Boo!" Peanut yelled. Streak jumped and whipped his arms into a defensive position.

Peanut laughed. "Hey, relax."

Streak stood there staring at Peanut. "...Don't scare me like that." He simply said.

"Heehee. Sorry."

"Fine. Check this out! Huuuuuuuuge inhuman source 'round here."

Peanut scratched the back of his head. "R...Really? Where?"

"Rrrrrright here." Streak said pointing at a spot on a map that was on his wristband. Peanut knew it. It was Tarot's house!

"Um," Peanut started. "Streak...I kinda need to tell you something..."

Sorry for taking forever on this update. Portal 2 is eating me.

Chapter 6 part 6

"Streak, I really should tell you something." Peanut said walking behind Streak.

"Oh, hush!" Streak smiled and tuned to face Peanut. "We're on a level five hunt! No dillydally."

Streak was now walking backwards. Peanut raised an eyebrow. "But-"

"Hush." Streak grinned. Peanut sighed and followed him.

Finally, they got to the house with the strong alien source. Peanut tried to speak to Streak, but Streak turned around on the doorstep smiling. He had a finger up simply telling Peanut to "hush".

Streak turned back to the door and knocked on the door. Peanut sighed and made sure to stand a few feet back. There was a silence for a few seconds.

After those few seconds the door opened. Sabrina had opened it.

Streak looked a bit confused. "Oh, Streak." Sabrina started. "We were expecting you."

Streak took one step back, obviously not expecting this. "Um...Hi, Sabrina."

"Wait, wait, wait...You two...Know each other???" Peanut asked taking a step toward the house.

"Know is a funny word, Peanut." Sabrina replied smiling.

"Yes, Peanut. I laugh very time someone says the word 'know'." Streak faked a laugh. Peanut raised an eyebrow.

"Midnight is dating Streak, Peanut." Sabrina explained.

Peanut looked even more confused. "Yeah, I knew that."

Sabrina nodded. "Then you must know that Midnight is my sister." Peanut looked pretty shocked.

"Midnight is your sister?!?" Sabrina couldn't help but smile.

"Yes, she is." Peanut looked down before speaking. "So, my girlfriend's housemate's sister is dating one of my best friends...Huh."

"Wait, who's your girlfriend??" Streak asked turning to Peanut.

"Um, that's what I was trying to-"

"I am, Streak." Said a voice from inside the house. Streak looked down at his wristband, making sure that source was coming from the house.

It was. "May I come in, Sabrina?" Streak asked smiling.

"Let him in." Said the voice again. Sabrina shrugged and moved out of the way, letting Streak in.

Streak smiled and nodded. He entered the house with Peanut following. Everything was pitch black except for a few candles making a circle around the center of the room.

Tarot was sitting inside the circle of candles. She was facing away from the door. "Streak...Is your name, right?" She said with a quiet voice.

Streak took a few steps into the house, towards the circle. "Yeah, that's me. Quite the place you got."

"This is nothing..." Tarot said still facing away from them all.

Peanut and Sabrina looked at each other, then they both walked in shutting the door behind them.

"So...Streak...You came here because your hiding...?"

Streak shook his head. "I'm not hiding. I was just....looking for something."

"No...You came to Earth because you're hiding. Correct?"

Streak faked a confused face. "...What are you talking about? Where else would I be if I wasn't at Earth?" Streak faked a laugh.

"Space. You travel in space, no? But, even when you're out in space sometimes it's farther then just 'other planets'...Time Travel yes?"

Streak stopped faking and he took another step closer. "So, you've done your homework."

"I did not need research to find that out. Just guidance from the spirits."

Streak sighed. "I always hated psychics. Well, what I'm looking for isn't here, so I'll be on my way." He smiled and nodded as he turned back around and started to walk towards the door.

"She has a message, Streak."

Streak continued walking, passing Peanut and Sabrina who are watching.

"She misses you, Streak."

"Then why don't I go see her." Streak said reaching for the door knob.

"Not Midnight...You left her so far away." After Tarot said that Streak froze. "Yes... she calls for you. Oh, how much she calls for you. She needs you, Streak. You must go. Go to Kay-"

"Peanut, Shut your girlfriend up before she gets into something she won't understand." Streak said with a serious tone as he opened the door and walked out it.

Heeeeee's back!

Chapter 6 Part 7

Peanut looked at Sabrina. He sighed and followed Streak who was already roughly ten feet away from the house.

"Hey! Streak! Wait up!" Peanut said running up behind him. He placed a hand on Streak's shoulder.

Streak sighed and turned around. "What Peanut...?"

"What's wrong? Why did you storm out like that?"

Streak stared at Peanut with a serious face. "No reason." He said not very convincing.

"Come on, Streak. Tell me." Peanut said but Streak simply sighed. He turned away from Peanut and continued walking forward.

Peanut gave Streak a look then he started to follow him again. They both walked in silence until Peanut spoke up minutes later.

"So, who is 'she'?"

Streak continued walking as if Peanut had never said anything. "...Because she seems pretty important." Peanut said with a shrug.

Still no reply. Peanut sighed. "Fine I won't talk about it."

"Thank goodness." Streak mumbles rolling his eyes.

"Don't think I didn't hear that."

"Streak!" A voice said from behind them. Streak's ears perked up and he turned around. "You!?" Streak said with a surprised tone.

It was Tobee. He was running towards them.

"Oh, crap. It's one of the real-worlders..." Steak mumbled. Peanut tilted his head observing the animal in front of him.

"Hi, err...Terry." Streak said scratching the back of his head.

"My name's Tobee." Tobee replied not amused.

"Right. Tobee. What can I do for yah'?"

"Just want to make sure that you didn't forget about us. And helping us get back to our universe."

Streak noticed that he did, in fact, forget. "Riiiiiight....No, of course I didn't. But, don't you like it here?"

"Weeeell, duh! But, we did have families back there. It's been nearly a week!" Tobee said gesturing at himself.

"Right. A week... Only a week? I could have sworn that-"

"Streak, don't forget about us again. What are you doing here anyway?"

"Um, protecting Peanut. It's kinda complicated."

"So, you're staying with Peanut?"

Streak shook his head. "No, at a friends house."

Peanut smiled before speaking up. "He has a girlfriend."

"Peanu-!" Streak blushed as he got interrupted. "Oooohhh, he does? What's her name?"

Peanut tried to tell him, but Streak starting talking before him. "Midnight. But, that doesn't matter. I promise that I'll work on the machine that'll get you home."

"Thanks Streak. I should probably get back to the lonely hotel room that we -have- to stay in." Tobee gave Streak a look.

Streak and Peanut waved to him as he walked back the way he came.

Not exactly... Technically I never ever ever ever ever ever forgot about the "real-Worlds" (So that's what they're calling them now...). The whole "being sent to another universe" was just more of a big part of the story, not the whole thing. And, I was going to end it all in chapter 2, but then decided to draaaaaaag it on, and now everyone things I forgot about it?

Chapter 6 Part 7

Peanut sighed as he watch Streak, who was a few feet ahead of him, walk forward silently. "So, you -really- won't tell me?" Peanut asked trying to keep up with him.

Streak smirked but Peanut couldn't see it. "No, I will not. It's not important."

"Seems to be important. You stormed out of Tarot's house, making me look like an idiot."

"You're not an idiot." Streak explained with a faint chuckle.

"Yeah, I know that." Peanut sighed. "Just forget I said anything."

Streak grinned to himself. "What?" Peanut sighed, rolling his eyes.

"I should get back home." Peanut said as they started to reach his house.

"I should do the same if I don't want an hour of Midnight telling me that I was late, even if I'm back early." Streak chuckled shaking his head.

Peanut smiled and nodded. "I'll see you later, then. Bye, Streak." He said as waved and walked toward his house.

Streak nodded and waved as he walked down the sidewalk. Streak sighed still smiling. He continued walking down the lonely sidewalk.

Midnight slept happily, with only a quiet snore. She was curled up on the couch, just as Streak left her. Suddenly, The phone rang.

She jumped and fell off the couch. "Crap!" She yelled as she fell.

Midnight rubbed the back of her head and walked to the phone, that was just sitting on the small circle table. She picked it up and put it to her ear. "Erg...Hello?"

"Hey, Midnight! It's Sabrina."

"Hi Sabrina...What's up...?" She plopped back onto the couch still rubbing her head.

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah. Just....Fell." She said with a yawn.

"Oh...Okay. Well, anyway," Sabrina started. "Your boyfriend? Streak? He was just here. An-"

"Streak was at your house? Dang, I can't keep him in one place..." Midnight said yawning again.

"Yeah, and I think Tarot made him pretty upset..."

"What'd she do?"

"I don't know, to be honest. She just started talking about him-"

"Psychically?" Midnight asked. Sabrina nodded, not that Midnight could see. "Yeah. He just left like... Ten minuets ago. Just keep an eye one him."

"Yyyokay. I'll talk to you later, then?"

Sabrina smiled. "Sure. See you, Midnight."

Sabrina is worried about Streak? Somethings up with that...

Peanut gave up too easily.

Chapter 6 Part 8

DAYS ON EARTH: 1
-10:34-
Midnight yawned as she walked to her room from the couch. Streak was sitting on the couch. They had just finished a movie and were off to bed.

"Bed time, Hun." Midnight said smiling. Streak smiled and nodded.

"Wait up." He said following Midnight.

They both naturally laid down in the bed and cuddled together. Midnight smiled and quickly fell asleep. Streak shyly kissed her forehead smiling.

-Sabrina's/Tarot's House-
Sabrina peeked in from the other room. You could hardly see the doorway it was so dark.

"I'm heading to bed." She told Tarot who was sitting in the middle of the room. "Need help putting out all these candles?"

Tarot shook her head as she blew out one of the many candles. "No, Sabrina. You can go get your sleep."

Sabrina nodded and soon disappeared in the darkness. Tarot looked up and smiled slightly.

"You may come out now." She looked around the dark room.

There was complete silence. Tarot sighed. "I already now you're there, so just come out."

A sigh came from the darkness and Streak stepped out into the light. "Okay, how'd you know?"

Tarot sighed and stood up. "The spirits told me."

Streak raised an eyebrow. "Seriously, now."

Tarot smiled. "You're quite noisy. Especially your teleport."

Streak nodded. "I've been working on that." He took a few steps closer to her.

"But, I do know this..." Tarot started. "You should be in bed with Midnight."

"There'll be time for that. I need to figure this out... How did you know...?"

Tarot cleared her throat. "This time the spirits did tell me."

"Haha very funny." Streak sarcastically said.

"I'm being serious, traveler. You're not from around here, are you?"

"Nope, I guess I'm not. So, you'll tell me. Now."

"The spirits told m-" Streak cut her off. "Now."

She cleared her throat and sighed. "Fine, but you won't like the answer."

Streak took another step closer to her. "Tell me."

Tarot nodded. "I...knew her."

Chapter 6 Part 9

DAYS ON EARTH: 1
"As I said. Funny." Streak said not looking amused.

Tarot sighed. "I did know her. The girl." Tarot sighed. "That -was- a long time ago."

Streak kneeled down next to her, just so he could look her in the eye. "I told you... You. Don't. Understand."

Tarot raised an eyebrow. "Try me."

They both stared at each other for minutes. Streak broke the silence. "I best be going."

Streak took a few steps back and into the shadows. A small patch of green light flashed in Streaks direction. He was gone.

Tarot held up the last lit candle and sighed. She smiled a little and blew it out, leaving the house in complete darkness.

DAYS ON EARTH: 2

Midnight blinked herself awake. She was in her bed. Streak had left, and she wondered if he had left in his ship. "But, no," Midnight thought. "He wouldn't do that."

She yawned widely and sat up. 8:32. That's what the clock read. Midnight had slept in longer then she though. But, it was a Saturday. Although she treated every day like it was Saturday.

She stumbled out of bed and walked into the hallway, where the smell of fried eggs and bacoon hit her.

Midnight licked her lips as she smelled It, guiding herself into the kitchen.

-Streets-8:33-
Streak walked down the long lengths of sidewalk that wrapped around and around the city. It was bigger then it looks.

He had just gotten lost in thought as he walked, so he walked more.

"How does Tarot know?" That thought spun around and around in his mind.

He sighed knowing that he won't figure it out now. But, he needed to know! Bah, his head hurt and he needed to think of something else.

"Hey, watch it!" A voice said in front of him. Streak jumped and looked down. A small corgi dog had run in to him.

He was short, like any other corgi. He didn't look happy, especially since he ran into Streak.

"Oh, sorry." He tried not to laugh at the angry face on the small dog.

He snickered a bit watching the corgi leave. His wristbands beeped as the dog passed. Streak paid no attention to the wristband. "So many animals lived here"

"So many owners." He thought. Streak smirked a little. "So many fan written stories." He sighed once and again and continued walking. He now wished he had waited for Midnight to awake, then he could walk with her.

She was so normal... She didn't seem to mind his complicated life. She was simple. Simple good! That's one of the things he loved about her. The normal part of his life.

No matter how complex things got...he could always go to her.

There goes that fourth wall again. You're going to have to put up supports, it keeps breaking so easily!

Midnight's normal, huh? Good to know he has an anchor.

Nice update, Hopper. I liked King making an appearance.
