I'm not really sure what I am anymore, but it's probably capable of defeating turkeys!

I'm a magical, butcher knife wielding shape-shifter. I eat Turkeys.

no, I just made a butcher knife my weapon of choice. it started in Skype when someone randomly said moo, so I pulled out a butcher knife to get me some steak.Sleet wrote:Since when do you wield a knife? Are you part tonberry now, too?

Tonberries are like my favorite Final Fantasy critters. After moogles, of course.

I love all moogles, but the Ivalice kind are my favorites. Specifically the FFTA ones, not the FFXII ones.

I find people's conversations about Final Fantasy much more enjoyable when I imagine that the games' title acronyms are pronounced phonetically and are written in all caps because the writer is excited

Leave it to the furry to interpret it as a seductive grin.

These past few weeks? Foxes seem to have a uncanny habit of showing up when i'm around.
My family noted this and brought me on a 4 wheeler with them. T_T

Are there much of any foxes in Colombia? I honestly have no idea how widespread foxes or most any such group of animals are; my knowledge of biology and I suppose ecology aren't great.yehoshua wrote:I... have never seen a fox in real life...

Re: Chat Thread XXX: It's Not What You Think
Iv seen several around my area, and my boss once paid me to shoot some of them before because they kept getting at the corn. Still, they are pretty cool animals, I don't kill for fun, I only hunt if I have a reason. The foxes were hurting the stand, and sorry to you people who think I was wrong, but I like not seeing my boss crushed because the farm his father started went under and had to close down.

Re: Chat Thread XXX: It's Not What You Think
I've seen maybe a handful of foxes. If you ever want to see deer, though, just pull up a lawn chair and wait a few minutes.
Here's a quick question- this might just be an oddity amongst me and my peers, but we've noticed that our elders have a higher tendency to use chat or text speech than we do. Not in verbal communication, of course, but I'm far more likely to get an e-mail containing "btw", or "u" and "r" as placeholders for "you" and "are" from my parents than my friends. Mayhaps I associate in a bubble of stubbornly linguistically correct youngsters, but I have to ask whether anybody else has noticed this.
Oh, of absolutely no relation to anything, not even tangentially, I also want to ask the artsy folk what they think of Cintiq 12WX, also known as The Cintiq That Isn't 2,000 dollars.
I also find it more enjoyable to read "irl" as the name "Earl".RandomGeekNamedBrent wrote:I've never seen a fox irl either. but I have heard them.

I use a Wacom Bamboo and when I'm not using that, I go with a Lenovo X60 tablet PC. The Wacom Cintiq 12WX is far, far too rich for my blood. x3CaptainPea wrote:Oh, of absolutely no relation to anything, not even tangentially, I also want to ask the artsy folk what they think of Cintiq 12WX, also known as The Cintiq That Isn't 2,000 dollars.

I don't really associate with anyone in text form except on places where using text speak would be weird and out of place (like dA or forums or things). Eavesdropping on facebook chats of my peers though, I have indeed seen the obnoxious spellings far too often. not even question marks at the end of questions.
did u c maria
no y
b/c
ugh I just want to shoot them.
But no, not from old people.

Re: Chat Thread XXX: It's Not What You Think
I don't ever use text speak. However I don't really mind when other people use it when TEXTING! It isn't that hard to type a couple extra letters on a computer keyboard.
Re: Chat Thread XXX: It's Not What You Think
I would only use text speak for something that would take longer to type (not only three letters, mind you) such as irl, imo, imho and omg. I won't use r, u, y, q(spanish).

Re: Chat Thread XXX: It's Not What You Think
Me am so anti-text speak that if me am typing and me need an article, It has to be the definite article, because me am the weird person.

Same here, I don't even use it in actual texting since i got my blackberry. I hate it when i have to decipher a message sent to me with it ><yehoshua wrote:I would only use text speak for something that would take longer to type (not only three letters, mind you) such as irl, imo, imho and omg.
